当代老年公寓人性化设计研究

【摘要】：21世纪是人口老龄化快速发展的时期，全球面临着人口老龄化所带来的挑战。随着社会的进步和经济的飞速发展，我国于1999年全面进入老龄化社会，老年人口不断增加，并具有基数大、增速快、高龄人口多的特点，这使得养老问题成为社会关注的焦点。一方面，老年人不但需要提高居住质量，还需要更多的社会关怀和心理慰藉。另一方面，我国社会逐渐出现了家庭“小型化”，“空巢化”的特点，加重了家庭养老的负担。而机构养老又存在着管理水平低，配套服务设施不完善的问题。基于这样的背景下，社会需要发展新的养老模式。本文通过对国内外养老模式和老年人居住建筑的分析，并结合我国的自身国情，阐述了老年人对老年公寓的需求，以及发展我国老年公寓的意义。老年公寓在我国已发展了20多年，种类繁多。但是具有一定规模，既能满足老年人多样居住需求，又能为老年人提供多功能服务的老年公寓，在我国的发展还处于初级阶段。而在欧美发达国家，已发展的相对成熟。那么，对于我国老年公寓的发展，除了借鉴国外老年公寓的实践经验外，还要充分考虑我国老年人的不同需求，设计以老年人为本的人性化老年公寓，这也是我国老年公寓未来的发展趋势。本文以建筑学的角度，充分研究了老年人的生理、心理以及行为特征，以此为基础，结合老年人人体工程学，对老年公寓的主要空间设计进行了分析研究。在公共交通空间、室内居住空间和室外环境空间设计中，以人性化的设计思路为前提，，以满足老年人的生理和心理需求为目标，为老年人创造安全、便捷、舒适的居住环境，为我国的老年公寓设计研究贡献绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is a period of rapid development of population aging, the world is facing the challenges brought by population aging. With the progress of the society and the rapid development of the economy, our country has entered the aging society in 1999, the elderly population has been increasing, and has the characteristics of large base, rapid growth, and the elderly population is large, which makes the old-age problem become the focus of social attention. On the one hand, the elderly not only need to improve living quality, but also need more social care and psychological comfort. On the other hand, the family "miniaturization" and "empty nesting" gradually appeared in our society, which increased the burden of family pension. The institutional pension system also has the problems of low management level and imperfect supporting service facilities. Based on this background, the society needs to develop a new pension model. Based on the analysis of the pattern of the aged at home and abroad and the residential buildings for the elderly, and in the light of the national conditions of our country, this paper expounds the demand of the elderly for the elderly apartment and the significance of the development of the apartment for the aged in our country. Apartment for the aged has been developed for more than 20 years in our country. However, with a certain scale, it can not only meet the diverse living needs of the elderly, but also provide multi-function services for the elderly apartment, in our country's development is still in the primary stage. In Europe and the United States developed countries, has been relatively mature. So, for the development of old age apartment in our country, in addition to drawing lessons from the practical experience of foreign senior citizens' apartment, we should also fully consider the different needs of the elderly in our country, and design a humanized elderly apartment which is based on the elderly. This is also the future development trend of our country old age apartment. In this paper, the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly are fully studied from the perspective of architecture. Based on this, the main space design of the apartment for the elderly is analyzed and studied in combination with the ergonomics of the elderly. In the design of public transportation space, indoor living space and outdoor environment space, the premise of humanized design idea is to meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly, so as to create a safe, convenient and comfortable living environment for the elderly. For our country's elderly apartment design research contribution to a modest force.
