地域文化导向下的天官古寨风土空间再利用规划研究

【摘要】：“提高国家文化软实力，使人民基本文化权益得到更好保障，使社会文化生活更加丰富多彩，使人民精神风貌更加昂扬向上。”这是十七大报告中对文化重要性的导向。然而近年随着城市化速度不断加快，作为中国文化之“根”的古村落整体面临着快速衰败和空废，并已经呈现出势不可挡的趋势，造成众多优秀的乡土文化和风俗习惯的不断流失和消亡。那么寻找古村落可持续发展的出路，利用复兴古村落的历史与文化，彰显古村落的文化特质，再生古村落的利用，对解决古村落空废和文化传承起着关键作用。基于此，本论文以河南灵宝天官古寨风土空间为研究对象，它是再利用古村落的先行案例，其以具备历史稳定性的地域文化为引导，在自然环境和人文要素最丰富的风土空间展开研究。通过研究古寨地貌特征、地域文化，在借鉴国内外古村落开发利用模式的基础上，出天官古寨基于地域文化导向下的风土空间再利用的基本途径并进行设计探索。论文主要从天官古寨现状格局与资源梳理、时代条件与天官古寨的耦合点及再利用发展策略、天官古寨风土空间控制和再利用规划设计四个方面依次展开研究。文章首先就天官古寨现状格局从自然地理、历史文化、土地利用等四个方面做出论述与分析，并对其资源要素进行分类梳理，从而得到对古寨客观的认识和评价，为后文的资源运用提供判断依据；其次，对天官古寨风土空间再利用的发展提出规划构思，利用时代条件与本体资源的耦合点做依据，确定天官古寨风土空间再利用类型与功能，并就再利用的实现提出落位策略；再次，文章引入控制性详规就天官古寨风土空间进行定性和定量分析，并利用图则以单体地块为对象统筹古寨资源分布和引导控制设计容量，在架构空间功能的同时兼顾文化传承；最后，结合控规成果借助古寨资源要素传承利用、风土空间的规划布局以及度假产品与线路的规划设计，完成天官古寨风土空间文化的复兴和再利用规划。文章通过研究验证了以风土空间为载体能够有效整合天官古寨资源容量，完成整体利用；同时，以控制性详规为技术手段，在规划分析阶段就融合古寨地域文化内涵，真正的落位了天官的文化复兴和传承，，为同类型古村落再利用研究提出了可借鉴的方法。

However, with the acceleration of urbanization in recent years, the ancient villages, as the "root" of Chinese culture, are facing rapid decline and emptiness, and have shown an irresistible trend. So to find a way out for the sustainable development of ancient villages, to use the history and culture of reviving ancient villages, to highlight the cultural characteristics of ancient villages, and to regenerate the use of ancient villages play a key role in solving the empty waste and cultural heritage of ancient villages. Based on this, this paper takes the ancient village of Lingbao Tianguan in Henan Province as the research object, which is the leading case of reusing the ancient village, which is guided by the regional culture with historical stability. In the natural environment and the most abundant elements of the geomantic space to carry out the study. On the basis of studying the geomorphological characteristics and regional culture of ancient villages at home and abroad on the basis of the development and utilization mode of ancient villages at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the basic ways to reuse the geomorphological space of Tianguan ancient villages based on regional culture and designs and explores them. This paper mainly discusses the current situation pattern and resources of Tianguan Guzhai, the coupling point and reuse development strategy of Tianguan Guzhai, the space control and reuse planning design of Tianguan Guzhai. Firstly, the paper discusses and analyzes the present situation of Tianguan Guzhai from four aspects: natural geography, history and culture, land use, and classifies its resource elements to get an objective understanding and evaluation of Guzhai. Secondly, the paper puts forward the planning idea for the development of the space reuse of the ancient Tianguanzhai, and makes use of the coupling point between the times and the Noumenon resources as the basis. To determine the types and functions of space reuse in Tianguan Guzhai, and to put forward the strategy of falling place in order to realize the reuse. Thirdly, the paper introduces the control detailed rules to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the Feng-earth space of Tianguan Guzhai. And using the plan to single plot as the object of the resource distribution and guide control design capacity, in the framework of space function at the same time cultural heritage; finally, combined with the achievements of the ancient stockaded resources elements heritage and utilization, The planning and layout of geomantic space as well as the planning and design of vacation products and routes complete the revival and reuse planning of the Feng-earth space culture of Tianguan Guzhai. Through the research, the paper verifies that the resources capacity of Tianguan Guzhai can be effectively integrated and the whole utilization can be completed by using the wind and soil space as the carrier, and at the same time, with the control detailed rules as the technical means, the cultural connotation of the ancient village region can be integrated in the planning and analysis stage. The cultural rejuvenation and inheritance of Tianguan were really brought forward, and the methods for the reuse of the ancient villages of the same type were put forward.
