超高层住宅设计的技术对应措施研究

【摘要】:近年来,中国的城市化速度有目共睹,给超高层住宅的诞生提供了客观条件,尤其是在大城市,超高层住宅的发展空间巨大。但是,相关的实践表明,内地的超高层住宅设计在技术方面也存在一定的不足。本文的结构脉络,意在先通过分析超高层住宅的特点,进而探讨其防火疏散和相关的安全技术措施,最后结合著名的超高层住宅案例进行分析。 在第二章,笔者从超高层住宅的概念入手,分析超高层住宅不同于一般住宅的特点,主要从超高层住宅的居住心理及宜居性、空间尺度及环境兼容性、结构体系及建筑构造、防火及疏散特点来分析,这一章在超高层住宅不同于普通住宅的基本概念上做了研究,不同于普通高层住宅的根本在于超高层住宅超于100m的建筑高度,尤其是那在100m之上建筑高度的空间,,分析其特殊性,为以下重点的两个章节做铺垫。 第三章是本文的重点章节,主要讲超高层住宅的防火疏散方面的技术措施。从总平面的规划设计开始讲起,主要考虑建筑间的防火间距、消防车道、消防扑救面及场地规划中涉及到的特殊房间的设置等等。到建筑内部,先研究预防火灾报警系统,主要分析预报警系统本身和其与使用者行为的结合,其次是国家相关规范中规定中的最多的与核心筒相关的设计,主要包括防烟楼梯间和消防电梯,以及楼内疏散避难空间如避难层、屋顶平台的设计和构造装修的耐火等级要求,构造装修主要涉及到外墙保温层和室内的装修材料的相关防火要求。 第四章主要谈超高层住宅的安全技术措施,选择适宜的结构体系、结合体形的选择考虑抗风和抗震的影响、考虑底层是否有裙楼设计对住宅的影响、外墙和阳台、门窗设计及细部构造。 最后,通过案例的分析,在一些成功的案例中寻找一些共同点,对以后的超高层住宅设计提供一些参考。笔者也相信,超高层住宅具有一定的前景,以后会有更大的发展,本文的研究也具有一定的意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the speed of urbanization in China is obvious to all, which provides objective conditions for the birth of super-high-rise housing, especially in large cities, the development of super-high-rise housing space is huge. However, the relevant practice shows that the design of super-high-rise residential buildings in the mainland also has some technical deficiencies. The structural context of this paper is intended to analyze the characteristics of super-high-rise residential buildings, and then to discuss the fire-proof evacuation and related safety measures, and finally to analyze the famous super-high-rise housing cases. In the second chapter, the author starts with the concept of super-high-rise residence, analyzes the characteristics of super-high-rise residence different from ordinary residence, mainly from the perspective of residential psychology and liveability, spatial scale and environmental compatibility, structural system and architectural structure of super-high-rise residence. The characteristics of fire prevention and evacuation are analyzed. In this chapter, the basic concept of super high-rise residence is studied, which is different from that of ordinary residence, and the fundamental reason is that the building height of super high-rise residence exceeds 100m. In particular, the space above 100 m height, analysis of its particularity, for the following two key chapters to pave the way. The third chapter is the key chapter of this paper, mainly on the fire-proof evacuation of super-high-rise residential technical measures. Starting from the planning and design of the general plane, it mainly considers the fire prevention distance between the buildings, the fire fighting lane, the fire fighting surface and the setting of the special rooms involved in the site planning and so on. Inside the building, the first step is to study the fire alarm system, mainly to analyze the prewarning system itself and its combination with the behavior of the user, and secondly, the most relevant design related to the core tube as stipulated in the relevant national code. Mainly including smoke prevention stairways and fire elevators, as well as building evacuation shelter space such as sheltered floor, roof platform design and construction of the fire grade requirements, The structure decoration mainly involves the exterior wall insulation layer and the interior decoration material related fire proof request. The fourth chapter mainly talks about the safety technical measures of super high-rise residential building, chooses the appropriate structure system, considers the influence of wind resistance and earthquake resistance combined with the choice of body shape, considers whether the bottom floor has the influence of the skirt building design to the residence, the exterior wall and the balcony, Door and window design and detail construction. Finally, through the case analysis, some successful cases to find some common ground, to provide some reference for the future design of super high-rise housing. The author also believes that the super-high-rise residence has a certain prospect and will have greater development in the future. The research of this paper also has certain significance.
