基于景观生态学的城市雨洪管理措施研究

【摘要】:在我国,水资源短缺与洪涝灾害的问题并存。近年来,我国大中城市雨洪灾害频发,由此造成的损失加重,很大程度上威胁着人们的生命和财产安全。随着我国城镇化进程的加快,大地景观发生了翻天覆地的变化,自然生态环境在城市建设活动中遭到破坏,而城市下垫层中硬化面积的增加,导致城市水循环不畅,是造成城市内涝问题的原因之一。长期以来,雨水在城市水循环系统中起到的作用易被人们忽视,雨洪资源因得不到合理的利用而大量流失,雨水利用率低。 针对我国城市面临的雨洪问题,本文提出将景观生态学的相关原理与城市雨洪管理相结合,进行雨洪管理措施的研究。第一章阐述城市雨水资源与水系统的关系,提出国内外雨洪管理面临的问题。第二章梳理景观生态学的相关原理和理念。第三章分析我国城市雨洪管理与其相关子系统的关系,总结国内外雨洪管理的研究动态及雨洪管理的模式。第四章为“解决问题”总结方法的部分,探讨基于景观生态学的城市雨洪管理方法,提出绿色基础设施思想和景观生态安全格局途径的应用并展开说明。第五章是实践案例的研究,选取株洲云龙生态示范区作为生态雨洪调蓄系统规划的案例,以北京奥林匹克公园为例,分析绿色基础设施在雨洪管理中的应用实践。第六章为结论和展望。本文希望通过对基于景观生态学的城市雨洪管理方法的初步研究,起到抛砖引玉的作用,促进城市雨洪管理与景观生态学结合的研究取得更大的发展。
[Abstract]:In our country, the problem of water resources shortage and flood disaster coexist. In recent years, rain and flood disasters have occurred frequently in large and medium cities in China, resulting in increased losses, which to a large extent threaten the safety of people's lives and property. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the earth landscape has undergone earth-shaking changes, the natural ecological environment has been destroyed in the urban construction activities, and the increase of the hardened area in the underlying layer of the city has led to a lack of water circulation in the city. Is one of the causes of urban waterlogging problems. For a long time, the role played by Rain Water in the urban water circulation system is easy to be ignored, the rainwater and flood resources are largely lost because they can not be used reasonably, and the utilization ratio of Rain Water is low. In view of the rain flood problem faced by cities in China, this paper proposes to combine the relevant principles of landscape ecology with urban rain flood management to study the rainwater management measures. The first chapter expounds the relationship between urban Rain Water resources and water system, and puts forward the problems of rain flood management at home and abroad. The second chapter combs the landscape ecology related principle and the idea. The third chapter analyzes the relationship between urban rain flood management and its related subsystems, summarizes the research trends of rain flood management at home and abroad and the model of rain flood management. The fourth chapter is the summary method of "problem solving", discusses the urban stormwater management method based on landscape ecology, and puts forward the application of green infrastructure and landscape ecological security pattern. The fifth chapter is the practical case study, selected Zhuzhou Yunlong ecological demonstration area as a case study of ecological rain flood regulation and storage system planning, taking Beijing Olympic Park as an example, analyzes the application practice of green infrastructure in rain flood management. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. This paper hopes that through the preliminary study of urban rain flood management method based on landscape ecology, it will play an important role in promoting the combination of urban rain flood management and landscape ecology to achieve greater development.
