丘陵地区精品度假酒店设计研究

【摘要】：精品度假酒店是依托良好的自然景物条件，创造宜人的、具有人性化特征的休憩环境和服务设施，往往具有浓郁的当地的文化特色和独特历史记忆，是地域性表达的杰出典范。近年来，随着我国旅游方式从传统的观光旅游向休闲、度假旅游的转变，度假酒店在我国逐步发展成熟。在中国，山地丘陵地区面积约占陆地面积的2/3，发展前景巨大。山地丘陵地区的自然景观，由于人们心理中对于“山”这一雄伟的自然存在崇拜与畏惧的情愫，具有其他如海滨、平原所没有的魅力。这些，都是丘陵地区建设精品度假酒店所具备的优势。然而必须认识到，我国目前在丘陵地区度假酒店的设计上，特别是精品度假酒店如何做到具有不可复制的唯一性和地域性的方面，还有所欠缺；或是在处理丘陵地区的复杂地形时，简单地等同于平地的处理手法，使得原有地形地貌遭到破坏，建筑无法与自然景观融合、协调。本论文首先从度假酒店的发展历史出发，分析度假酒店的概念和特征，进而引出其发展的新趋势：精品度假酒店。然后，从地域性的角度分析了丘陵地区的特征以及对度假酒店设计的影响。之后，结合大量实例，分析一些具体的丘陵地区度假酒店设计策略，形成一定的设计方法学。此外，结合我们的设计实例，介绍了一些电脑新技术在丘陵地区度假酒店设计中的应用创新。最后具体分析了武陵文化创意产业园的设计过程，总结经验。以期为建筑同行提供参考，为在今后丘陵地区度假酒店的设计实践中，，提供相关设计策略并作为后续研究的参考。
[Abstract]:Boutique resort hotel is to rely on good natural scenery conditions, create pleasant, humanized recreational environment and service facilities, often with rich local cultural characteristics and unique historical memory, is an outstanding model of regional expression. In recent years, with the change of tourism from traditional tourism to leisure and vacation tourism, resort hotels in China have gradually developed and matured. In China, the hilly area accounts for about 2 / 3 of the land area. The natural landscape in mountainous and hilly areas has other charms, such as seashore and plain, because of the adoration and fear of the majestic nature of "mountain" in people's psychology. These are the advantages of building boutique resorts in hilly areas. However, we must realize that the design of resort hotels in hilly areas in our country, especially how to achieve the unique and regional characteristics of boutique resorts, is still lacking. Or when dealing with the complex terrain in the hilly area, it is simply equivalent to the treatment technique of the flat land, which causes the original terrain and landform to be destroyed, and the building can not be integrated with the natural landscape. This paper first analyzes the concept and characteristics of resort hotel from the history of its development, and then leads to the new trend of its development: boutique resort hotel. Then, from the regional point of view, the characteristics of hilly areas and the impact on the design of resort hotels are analyzed. Then, combining with a large number of examples, this paper analyzes some specific design strategies of resort hotels in hilly areas, and forms a certain design methodology. In addition, based on our design examples, this paper introduces the application and innovation of some new computer technologies in the design of resort hotels in hilly areas. Finally, the paper analyzes the design process of Wuling Cultural and Creative Industry Park and summarizes the experience. In order to provide reference for the construction industry, for the future in the hilly area resort hotel design practice, to provide relevant design strategies and as a reference for follow-up research.
