高星级商务酒店功能规划研究

【摘要】：酒店作为“无烟工业”一直是经济发展、城市建设的重要项目，近年，高星级商务酒店市场发展迅速，建筑师不但单纯地拿着任务书进行设计，而是更多的参与到设计前期，配合甲方进行酒店定位研究和任务书拟定。这就需要建筑师对酒店功能有总体而全面的认识，并熟知其发展变化的规律。本文以高星级商务酒店功能规划为研究对象：第一部分为提出问题，即第一章的绪论，综述研究的、意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容、研究目的以及研究方法。第二部分为概念解析，即第二章高星级商务酒店功能规划的概念研究，指出功能规划的定义是根据客人在酒店的活动规律以及现代酒店管理模式的运营要求，合理选择酒店内外建筑设施、设备，，并按照一定的数量比例、组合方式进行科学的布局。研究内容包括功能要素、功能布局、功能配比。第三部分为分析问题，包含三、四、五章，分别从功能要素、功能布局、功能配比三个方面进行研究，从基本配置情况以及近年高星级商务酒店出现的相应特色点中挖掘其变化发展的规律，并对未来可能呈现的状态进行预测，提出应对变化的规划方法。第四部分为总结问题，即结论部分，总结整篇论文的特点及各个部分的结论，提出对未来酒店功能规划领域的发展方向及期盼。本文论述层层递进，重视概念的清晰化和逻辑性，以理性态度充分结合实际案例，以多套平面、计算数据作为论述依据，在前人的理论基础上作出自己的思考的论证，条理清晰，思维严谨，可以对高星级商务酒店的功能规划起到指引作用。
