大型公共建筑能耗监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着城市化进程的不断推进,城市大型公共建筑的面积也在成倍增加,,相关调查研究显示,大型公共建筑在日常运行过程中能源浪费情况严重,开展建筑节能工作势在必行。开展节能工作之前需制定科学合理的的节能对策,而节能对策的制定需要以建筑物的能耗数据信息为基础。因此,设计开发一套可对大型公共建筑能耗进行监测的系统对开展节能管理和节能改造工作具有重要的意义。 本文研究并开发了一套可用于大型公共建筑的能耗监测系统。本系统包含一个能耗数据采集器和一个能耗监测软件。其中,能耗数据采集器能以M-BUS、ZigBee、RS-485方式与安装在建筑物中的能耗计量基表进行通信以获取能耗数据,然后经过处理的能耗数据可通过集成在能耗数据采集器上的GPRS模块发送至远程监测中心,远程监测中心运行的能耗监测软件可接收、处理能耗数据,并能提供数据查询、打印等服务。 本文针对大型公共建筑能耗监测的特点,首先分析了能耗数据采集器与监测软件的的功能需求,然后提出了一种可用于大型公共建筑的能耗监测系统,并重点研究了系统中的能耗数据采集器软硬件以及能耗监测软件的实现。在能耗数据采集器方面,本文详细介绍了能耗数据采集器的软硬件设计与实现过程,硬件方便包括控制器模块、实时时钟电路、复位电路、M-BUS电路、ZigBee电路、RS-485电路、GPRS模块等,软件方面包括μC/OS-II的移植以及相关μC/OS-II任务;在能耗监测软件方面,本文详细描述了能耗监测软件的运行界面、通信模块、数据查询与显示模块、数据库等模块的设计与实现的过程。 最后本文对系统进行测试。测试情况表明:能耗数据采集器的各模块能稳定可靠地工作,能与M-BUS、RS-485、ZigBee接口形式的能耗计量基表通信,GPRS模块能与监测软件通信,上位机的各模块均能正常工作,可满足大型公共建筑能耗监测系统的要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the area of large public buildings is increasing exponentially. The related investigation shows that the energy waste is serious in the daily operation of large public buildings, so it is imperative to carry out building energy conservation work. It is necessary to formulate scientific and reasonable energy saving countermeasures before carrying out energy conservation work, and the formulation of energy saving countermeasures needs to be based on the building energy consumption data information. Therefore, it is of great significance to design and develop a system that can monitor the energy consumption of large public buildings. This paper studies and develops a set of energy consumption monitoring system for large public buildings. The system includes an energy consumption data collector and an energy consumption monitoring software. Among them, the energy consumption data collector can communicate with the energy consumption meter installed in the building by M-BUSS ZigBee-RS-485 to obtain the energy consumption data. Then the processed energy consumption data can be sent to the remote monitoring center through the GPRS module integrated on the energy consumption data collector. The energy consumption monitoring software run by the remote monitoring center can receive, process and query the energy consumption data. Printing and other services. According to the characteristics of energy consumption monitoring of large public buildings, this paper first analyzes the functional requirements of energy consumption data collector and monitoring software, and then puts forward a kind of energy consumption monitoring system which can be used in large public buildings. The software and hardware of the energy consumption data collector and the realization of the energy consumption monitoring software are studied. In the aspect of energy consumption data collector, the design and realization of hardware and software of energy consumption data collector are introduced in detail. The hardware convenience includes controller module, real time clock circuit, reset circuit M BUS circuit, ZigBee circuit and RS-485 circuit GPRS module, etc. In the aspect of energy consumption monitoring software, the running interface, communication module, data query and display module of the energy consumption monitoring software are described in detail. Database and other modules of the design and implementation of the process. Finally, the system is tested. The test results show that the modules of the energy consumption data collector can work stably and reliably, and the GPRS module can communicate with the monitoring software in the form of M-BUSS RS-485 ZigBee interface, and each module of the upper computer can work normally. It can meet the requirements of large public building energy consumption monitoring system.
