新近吹填土地基真空预压法加固新工艺试验研究

【摘要】:目前天津滨海新区高速发展,对土体资源的需求越来越迫切,因此围海造陆形成的吹填土地基在吹填完成后需要立即进行加固,但此时吹填区内还属于具有流动状态的吹填泥,其含水量较高,高达120%以上,基本没什么承载力,因此不能满足插板机械等设备安全作业的要求,所以常规的一次性真空预压加固地基方法已经满足不了目前围海造陆工程的需要,,这将大大的制约区域的建设速度;此外,通常软基加固需要砂、土等材料逐渐出现供应紧缺。尤其是天津港东疆港区,工程建设速度非常快,但是砂、土等材料供应数量满足不了港区的快速发展。因此,迫切需要研究出新的地基处理办法,把新吹填软土迅速改变为工程用土,从而解决软基加固需要的砂源及作为工作垫层的素土随建设规模的加大逐渐出现供应紧缺问题,达到降低造价及节约建设时间的目的。 本课题以快速提高新近吹填软土的强度为目的,提出适用于吹填软泥的真空预压加固新工艺,并通过现场试验对工艺进行研究,本文主要研究的几个问如下: (1)适合于吹填泥的真空预压新工艺研究:解决砂、土等材料随建设规模的加大逐渐出现供应紧缺问题; (2)真空预压新工艺研究:评价新工艺技术可行性及经济合理性。 (3)通过建立数值模型,对真空预压新工艺进行有限元分析;
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of Tianjin Binhai New area, the demand for soil resources is becoming more and more urgent. Therefore, the foundation formed by the reclamation of the land around the sea needs to be strengthened immediately after the completion of the filling, but at this time, the reclamation area is also a kind of dredged mud with flowing state. Its water content is high, as high as 120%, and it has little bearing capacity, so it can not meet the requirements of safe operation for the equipment such as the board mechanism, etc. Therefore, the conventional one-off vacuum preloading method has been unable to meet the needs of the current land reclamation project, which will greatly restrict the speed of construction in the region; in addition, usually, soft foundation reinforcement needs sand, soil and other materials gradually appear shortage of supply. Especially in Dongjiang Port area of Tianjin Port, the construction speed is very fast, but the supply of sand, soil and other materials can not meet the rapid development of the port area. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a new method of foundation treatment, and to rapidly change the new filling soft soil into engineering soil, so as to solve the problem of supply shortage of sand source and plain soil as work cushion for the reinforcement of soft foundation with the increase of construction scale. Achieve the goal of reducing cost and saving construction time. In order to improve the strength of the newly filled soft soil quickly, a new technology of vacuum preloading is put forward, and the technology is studied by field test. The main questions of this paper are as follows: 1) study on the new vacuum preloading technology suitable for filling mud: to solve the problem of supply shortage of sand, soil and other materials with the increase of construction scale; 2) study on the new technology of vacuum preloading: to evaluate the feasibility and economic rationality of the new process. 3) finite element analysis of the new vacuum preloading process is carried out by establishing a numerical model.
