框架结构轻钢加层的抗震鉴定加固及抗震分析

【摘要】:近年来,随着社会经济的发展,社会城市化进程的速度加快,城市建设用地日趋紧张,建筑物的加层扩建己经被广泛应用。目前在建筑物加层设计中,一般都是直接委托设计单位对新加的结构进行单独的设计,并没有将新老结构当作一个整体进行考虑。这种新旧分离的设计方法,虽然能大大简化结构设计的过程,但却造成了理论与实际的差异,因此,对结构进行整体分析是十分必要的。 本文以邯郸市成安化店教学楼为工程研究背景,该工程为钢筋混凝土框架结构,结合实际情况,拟采用轻钢进行加层扩建,利用PMSAP有限元软件对加层前的框架结构、以及加层后的混合结构这两个模型分别进行三种不同抗震分析(模态分析、反应谱分析和动力时程分析),找出加层前和加层后的差异。 通过对比分析结果可知:模态分析中,,原始的框架结构和加层后的混合结构,均是前两阶振型对结构起主要控制作用;但加层后的混合结构中部分的平动和扭转的幅度比较大,并且在局部出现了屈曲。所以,在加层设计时应适当的增加柱间支撑,以增强加层部分的整体刚度。反应谱和动力时程分析结果显示:加层后结构底层的剪力和轴力都有明显的增大,同时钢结构加层部分的水平位移较大,加层后整个结构的水平位移由顶部的加层部分控制,因此,应采取一定的构造措施,对结构顶部进行加强,保证框架结构的安全。反应谱分析结果还表明:位于混合结构顶部的钢框架的柱底剪力与柱顶位移大于直接置于地面时的结果,建议设计时适当增大钢框架的柱底剪力。本文验证了对加层后这种混合结构进行整体分析的必要性,为类似结构形式的设计提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy, the speed of social urbanization is quickening, the land for urban construction is becoming more and more tight, and the addition of buildings has been widely used. At present, in the design of adding storeys to buildings, it is usually entrusted directly to the design unit to design the new structure separately, and the new and old structures are not considered as a whole. Although this new and old design method can greatly simplify the process of structural design, it leads to the difference between theory and practice. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze the structure as a whole. In this paper, based on the engineering research background of Cheng'an Hua Dian Teaching Building in Handan City, this project is a reinforced concrete frame structure. In combination with the actual situation, light steel is used to add layer to expand, and PMSAP finite element software is used to analyze the frame structure before adding layer. Three different kinds of seismic analysis (modal analysis, response spectrum analysis and dynamic time history analysis) are carried out to find out the difference before and after adding layer. The results of comparison and analysis show that in modal analysis, the original frame structure and the mixed structure after adding layers are the first two modes that play a major role in controlling the structure, but the amplitude of translation and torsion in the mixed structure after adding layers is relatively large. And buckling occurs locally. Therefore, in order to enhance the overall stiffness of the adding layer, the support between columns should be appropriately increased in the design of the adding layer. The results of response spectrum and dynamic time history analysis show that the shear force and axial force of the bottom layer of the structure increase obviously after adding the layer, and the horizontal displacement of the part of the steel structure added to the layer is larger, the horizontal displacement of the whole structure after adding the layer is controlled by the adding part of the top layer. Therefore, some constructive measures should be taken to strengthen the top of the structure to ensure the safety of the frame structure. The results of response spectrum analysis also show that the column bottom shear force and the column top displacement of the steel frame located at the top of the mixed structure are larger than those of the steel frame placed directly on the ground. It is suggested that the column bottom shear force of the steel frame should be increased when the steel frame is designed. This paper verifies the necessity of overall analysis of this hybrid structure after adding layers, and provides a certain reference value for the design of similar structures.
