洛阳市居住区地库景观营造研究

【摘要】：随着《中原经济区规划》批复，将把洛阳培育作为支撑中原经济区发展的重要中心城市，将迎来城市用地紧张的趋势，如何高效利用城市空间，提高土地利用率，增加城市绿化率，建设生态城市和花园城市，为本文研究提供了契机，更具现实意义。本文以洛阳市为研究背景，以居住区高层住宅社区地库景观设计及营造过程为研究对象，，运用文献阅读、理论分析、实地调查和案例分析等研究方法，通过屋顶花园设计方面相关研究文献及案例，分析总结屋顶花园、地库屋顶景观的发展历程；结合景观学、生态学、建筑学、心理学等理论知识，理性分析居民区地库景观的构成要素、基本特征、基本功能及其价值作用；在此基础上，对洛阳高层居住区景观、地库景观设计及营造中的方法、存在的问题及原因进行分析；然后通过案例分析阐述洛阳世纪华阳社区A、C地块居民社区景观设计及营造方法，最后提出了理想化的地库景观设计营造方案与对策。希望通过本文的研究，能够丰富现代居住小区地库景观设计，为洛阳市高层居住小区地库景观营造技术的提升提供更多依据，为中原经济区其他城市的同类设计提供更多有价值、值得借鉴的资料。
[Abstract]:With the approval of "Central Plains Economic Zone Planning", Luoyang cultivation will be regarded as an important central city to support the development of Central Plains Economic Zone. The trend of urban land shortage will be ushered in. How to make efficient use of urban space and improve land utilization ratio, Increasing urban green rate and constructing ecological city and garden city provide the opportunity and practical significance for this study. This paper takes Luoyang City as the research background, takes the underground landscape design and construction process of residential high-rise residential community as the research object, uses the literature reading, the theory analysis, the field investigation and the case analysis and so on research method. Through the relevant research documents and cases of roof garden design, this paper analyzes and summarizes the development course of roof garden and basement roof landscape, combines the theory knowledge of landscape science, ecology, architecture, psychology and so on. Based on the rational analysis of the elements, basic features, basic functions and value functions of residential underground landscape, the paper analyzes the methods, existing problems and causes in the design and construction of Luoyang high-rise residential area. Then, through the case analysis, this paper expounds the community landscape design and construction methods of residents in AZC block of Huayang community in Luoyang century, and finally puts forward an idealized scheme and countermeasures for constructing underground landscape design. Through the research of this paper, I hope it can enrich the underground landscape design of the modern residential district, and provide more basis for the upgrading of the underground landscape construction technology in the high-rise residential district of Luoyang. For other cities in the Central Plains Economic Zone similar design to provide more valuable, worthy of reference data.
