地源热泵空调自动控制系统设计

【摘要】:随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,公共建筑和住宅的供暖和空调已经成为普遍的要求。作为传统热源的化石燃料的大量使用,恶化了原已污染严重的环境,威胁人类的生存。因此,开发利用新的绿色能源已迫在眉睫。环保节能的地源热泵技术正是在这种背景下产生的新技术,其在技术上和经济上都具有较大优势作为替代旧式空调能源的方案。 随着自动控制技术的不断成熟,人们对中央空调的监控要求也越来越高,建立综合自动化控制系统也已经成为大型中央空调安全生产的必要条件。旧式中央空调系统自动化程度不高且控制系统能耗较大,导致系统工作效率不高。因而,开发一套高效节能的自动控制系统,对于降低空调能耗和提高其工作效率具有重要意义。针对以上问题,提出了基于CC-link现场总线的地源热泵空调控制系统。工业现场总线技术、可编程逻辑控制器及上位机组成的工业自动化控制系统,使各个分控制系统实现数据连通。将现场各设备的工作状态信息和传感器采集到的数据信息经过PLC处理后,统一集中在同一个系统管理平台上,再利用工业组态软件实现空调系统机房综合自动化控制的最优化设计,实现监管控功能集中与一体。 针对应用在太原清徐县的大禾生态园地源热泵中央空调的现场的实际情况和要求,本文对其控制系统进行了合理的设计。在此控制系统中使用PLC作为现场控制设备,通过多个传感器收集地源热泵空调系统循环水路的温度、压力、流量等信息,经过运算发出指令对变频器进行实时控制,用于对水泵实现无极调速,提高空调系统运行效率。通过CC-Link现场总线,实现各分控制系统间的联动及整个系统的实时监控。系统中触摸屏的应用使所有被控对象的状态完全显示在屏幕上,而不再需要使用各种测量仪表或通过上位机来得到设备运行数据,方便了设计人员对设备的调试及工作人员的现场操作。 本文设计的地源热泵中央空调控制系统设计合理,灵活、可靠,其在生态园的实际应用,取得了良好的经济和环保效益。对促进地源热泵中央空调的进一步广泛应用具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the heating and air conditioning of public buildings and houses has become a universal requirement. The extensive use of fossil fuels as a traditional heat source has worsened the environment which has been polluted seriously and threatened the survival of human beings. Therefore, the development and utilization of new green energy is imminent. The environmental protection and energy saving ground source heat pump technology is exactly under this kind of background produces the new technology, its in the technical and the economical aspect has the bigger superiority as the replacement old air conditioning energy plan. With the development of automatic control technology, the requirement of monitoring and control of central air conditioning becomes more and more high, and the establishment of integrated automatic control system has become a necessary condition for the safety production of large-scale central air conditioners. The old central air conditioning system is not highly automated and the control system consumes more energy, which leads to the low efficiency of the system. Therefore, the development of an automatic control system with high efficiency and energy saving is of great significance to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning and improve its working efficiency. Aiming at the above problems, a ground source heat pump air conditioning control system based on CC-link field bus is proposed. The industrial automation control system composed of industrial fieldbus technology, programmable logic controller and upper computer makes each sub-control system realize data connection. The working state information of each equipment and the data collected by the sensor are processed by PLC, and they are centralized on the same system management platform. Then the industrial configuration software is used to realize the optimal design of the integrated automation control of the air-conditioning system room, and the function of supervision and control is centralized and integrated. In view of the actual situation and requirements of the ground source heat pump central air conditioning system in Dahe Ecological Park in Qingxu County of Taiyuan, the control system is designed reasonably in this paper. In this control system, PLC is used as the field control equipment, and the temperature, pressure and flow information of the circulating water path of the ground source heat pump air conditioning system are collected by several sensors, and the frequency converter is controlled in real time through the operation instructions. The utility model is used to realize pole-free speed regulation for water pump and to improve the operation efficiency of air-conditioning system. Through the CC-Link fieldbus, the linkage between each control system and the real time monitoring of the whole system are realized. The application of the touch screen in the system makes the status of all the controlled objects displayed on the screen completely, and no longer need to use all kinds of measuring instruments or through the upper computer to get the running data of the equipment. It is convenient for the designer to debug the equipment and the field operation of the staff. The ground source heat pump central air conditioning control system designed in this paper is reasonable, flexible and reliable. Its practical application in the ecological park has achieved good economic and environmental benefits. It is of great significance to promote the wide application of ground source heat pump (GSHP) central air conditioning.
