国外港城滨水区再开发研究进展与启示

【摘要】：基于大量相关文献,在阐释滨水区与滨水区再开发概念的基础上,以港城滨水区及其再开发研究为对象,重点梳理了国外港城滨水区再开发"成因分析、模式争论、规划问题探讨和影响分析"等研究主题的进展。国外研究已从最初的重视客体(再开发项目)转向主体(再开发者或机构)与客体并重,尽管最近对再开发的经济(空间)社会影响作了初步探索,但周边社区居民的态度仍未得到足够重视;国外研究最初以定性描述为主,而后针对再开发主体采用访谈、问卷调查的方法,最近尝试将社会影响评价(SIA)、数理统计等定量方法应用于经济社会影响当中,但尚未得到推广。最后,依据国外研究进展,从再开发成因、目标、模式、空间与社会经济影响及研究方法等方面对我国沿海港城滨水区再开发实践及其研究提供借鉴与启示。
[Abstract]:Based on a large number of relevant documents, and on the basis of explaining the concept of waterfront and waterfront redevelopment, taking the waterfront area and its redevelopment research as the object, this paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of the redevelopment of the waterfront area of the foreign port city and the debate on the mode. Progress in research topics such as Planning issues and impact Analysis. Foreign studies have shifted from the initial emphasis on objects (redevelopment projects) to the emphasis on both subjects (redevelopers or institutions) and objects, despite the recent initial exploration of the economic (spatial) social impact of redevelopment. However, the attitudes of the residents in the surrounding communities have not been paid enough attention to. Foreign studies have initially focused on qualitative description, and then used interviews and questionnaires for redevelopment subjects. Recently, quantitative methods such as social impact assessment (SIAA), mathematical statistics and so on have been tried to be applied to the economic and social impact, but they have not been popularized. Finally, according to the research progress abroad, this paper provides reference and inspiration for the practice and research of the redevelopment of waterfront of the coastal port city in China from the causes, objectives, models, space, social and economic effects and research methods of the redevelopment of the waterfront of the coastal port city of our country.
