变压变频电梯驱动系统分析及良率提升研究

【摘要】:电梯技术日新月异,,随着人类生产的发展,电梯技术也在不断地跟进。而电梯技术在行业内也是多种多样的。本文的研究对象是变频变压调速系统的电梯驱动,该系统具有舒适、节能、平层精度高、功率因数高等诸多优点,并且在现代建筑领域,已经成为了各大厂商争相使用的驱动形式。本文的目标就是针对该系统的分析,发现当前技术实现上存在的不安全因素,以解决客户提出的良率问题。 本文研究的重点是电梯系统的交直交驱动模式,论文首先回顾了电梯系统的历史继承和发展,总结了各种设计的特点和优势,并对交直交驱动模式设计在应用上进行了较为仔细的分析。随后,对于核心的驱动系统部分,分别从原理和工程两个层次进行了整体系统设计、构建以及最终的实现最后针对于IGBT的损毁问题进行了分析研究,通过MathWorks软件中的Simulink模块对于系统的脉冲宽度调制输出波形进行了模拟仿真,通过调节载波频率研究谐波对于整个输出的影响,改善了IGBT的良率问题,客户EFR的数据进一步验证了改善良率的方法是有效的。本文的研究对于变频变压调速系统的安装调试以及安全运营提供了保障,对实际工作具有较强的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Elevator technology changes with each passing day, with the development of human production, elevator technology is also constantly follow-up. Elevator technology in the industry is also a variety of. The research object of this paper is elevator drive of variable-frequency variable-voltage speed regulation system. This system has many advantages such as comfort, energy saving, high level precision, high power factor and so on, and it is also in the field of modern architecture. Has become the major manufacturers competing to use the driving form. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the system and find out the unsafe factors in the implementation of the current technology to solve the problem of yield raised by customers. The emphasis of this paper is the AC / DC drive mode of elevator system. Firstly, this paper reviews the history and development of elevator system, and summarizes the characteristics and advantages of various designs. And AC-DC drive mode design in the application of a more detailed analysis. Then, for the core driving system, the whole system design, construction and final implementation are carried out from the two levels of principle and engineering. Finally, the damage problem of IGBT is analyzed and studied. The pulse width modulation output waveform of the system is simulated by the Simulink module in the MathWorks software. By adjusting the carrier frequency, the influence of harmonics on the whole output is studied, and the problem of IGBT yield is improved. Customer EFR data further verify that the method to improve yield is effective. The research in this paper provides a guarantee for the installation, debugging and safe operation of the variable-frequency variable-voltage speed regulation system, and has a strong guiding effect on the practical work.
