夏热冬暖地区建筑立体绿化对室内热舒适性的影响研究

【摘要】:最近环境污染问题频繁见诸于各大报纸、网络媒体,2013年1月份31天中,北京有25天是雾霾天气,环境污染已经影响了人们正常的生活和学习。近年,建筑立体绿化作为应对环境问题的策略之一,受到世界各国的密切关注。建筑立体绿化是近年兴起的一种节能设计策略,与建筑外墙、阳台、屋顶等结合设计,在我国夏热冬暖地区应用较为广泛。 本文主要探讨夏热冬暖地区建筑立体绿化对室内热舒适性的影响。背景研究主要论述了选题的背景、研究的目的和意义、论文的研究方法和逻辑框架、国内外的发展和相关研究、论文研究的可行性和创新点。背景研究主要采用文献调研、实地调研、调查问卷等方式进行,调研了夏热冬暖地区建筑室内热工情况,找出其存在的问题,提出立体绿化的解决策略。主体研究包括夏热冬暖地区外墙绿化设计、阳台绿化设计以及屋顶绿化设计,详细阐述了这三部分的设计策略,主要有日照的分析、立面及屋顶太阳辐射的分析、植物的选配、构造技术及后期维护等。选取具有代表性的海南三亚某办公楼西向房间作为实验测试对象,测试外墙绿化对室内热湿环境的影响。实地测试研究采用对比分析的方法,分析在自然通风工况下有外墙绿化及无外墙绿化室内热湿环境随时间的变化规律及特点,并采用问卷调查的方式进行评价。实验测试结果表明,在相同地域气候的影响下,建筑立体绿化对室内热湿环境的影响较大:有外墙绿化的房间,夏季室内昼夜平均温度降低3-6℃,昼夜平均相对湿度差值减小10%-20%,外墙绿化对室内热湿环境的影响显著。最后以海南三亚某国际康复中心为例进行详细建筑立体绿化设计策略分析,采用模拟的方法检验立体绿化的影响,模拟结果表明:经过立体绿化的调节作用,室内PMV值由2以上降低为1.1:PPD值由40%-50%降低至20%-30%,可见立体绿化对室内热舒适性的影响是显著的。 本文的研究结论对与夏热冬暖地区气候和土壤条件类似的其他地区有一定的借鉴作用;从研究结论来看,建筑外墙绿化在一定程度上可以替换立面遮阳,节省建筑材料,使建筑更加接近自然:同时,为建筑设计提供更广阔的思维空间,对建筑立体绿化的发展起到了很好的推动作用。
[Abstract]:Recently, environmental pollution is frequently seen in major newspapers and online media. In January 31, 2013, 25 days of haze weather in Beijing, environmental pollution has affected people's normal life and study. In recent years, as one of the strategies to deal with environmental problems, building stereoscopic greening has received close attention from all over the world. Building stereoscopic greening is a kind of energy-saving design strategy which is developed in recent years. It is widely used in hot summer and warm winter areas in China because of the combination of building exterior wall balcony roof and so on. This paper mainly discusses the influence of building stereoscopic greening on indoor thermal comfort in hot summer and warm winter area. Background study mainly discusses the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the research methods and logical framework of the paper, the development and related research at home and abroad, the feasibility and innovation of the paper. The background research mainly uses the literature investigation, the field investigation, the questionnaire and so on, has investigated the hot summer and the warm winter area construction indoor thermal engineering situation, has found its existence question, proposed the three-dimensional greening solution strategy. The main research includes exterior wall greening design, balcony greening design and roof greening design in hot summer and warm winter area. The design strategies of these three parts are elaborated in detail, including the analysis of sunshine, the analysis of solar radiation from elevation and roof, and the selection of plants. Construction technology and later maintenance etc. A representative office building in Sanya Hainan was selected as the test object to test the effect of exterior wall greening on the indoor thermal and wet environment. The field test and research adopted the method of comparative analysis to analyze the changes and characteristics of the thermal and wet environment of the indoor greening room with and without exterior wall under the natural ventilation condition, and the method of questionnaire investigation was adopted to evaluate the change of the indoor thermal and wet environment in the outside wall greening and no exterior wall greening. The experimental results show that under the influence of the same regional climate, the effect of building stereoscopic greening on indoor thermal and wet environment is great: the room with exterior wall greening, the average indoor temperature in summer decreases by 3 ~ 6 鈩,
