输电线风荷载规范方法的理论解析和计算比较研究

【摘要】:中国时有输电线路的风灾破坏事故发生。作为一种典型的风振敏感结构,作用于杆塔结构上的输电线风荷载往往是线路设计中的控制荷载。从结构风工程原理出发,对中英美三国典型线路风荷载规范的理论基础、计算方法及取值原则做深入解析和比较,全面考察基本风速、风剖面、紊流度、空间相关性、随机脉动效应、档距及高度等因素对输电线风荷载计算的影响,逐步揭示了规范荷载差异的实质原因及分布规律。结合工程实例的计算比较,提出了在中国规范中优化平均风荷载计算参数,合理考虑风荷载空间相关性和紊流特性等主要脉动风动力效应因素的建议,为提高线路抗风设计的可靠性以及规范修订提供了一些客观参考。
[Abstract]:In China, there are wind disasters and damage accidents of transmission lines from time to time. As a typical wind-induced vibro-sensitive structure, the wind load of transmission line acting on the tower structure is often the control load in the design of the transmission line. Based on the principle of structural wind engineering, the theoretical basis, calculation method and value principle of wind load code for typical lines in China and the United States are analyzed and compared in depth, and the basic wind speed, wind profile, turbulence, spatial correlation are comprehensively investigated. The influence of random pulsation effect, spacing and height on wind load calculation of transmission line has gradually revealed the essential reason and distribution law of the difference of code load. Based on the calculation and comparison of engineering examples, this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the calculation parameters of mean wind load in Chinese code, considering reasonably the spatial correlation of wind load and turbulence characteristics, and other main factors of pulsating wind dynamic effect. It provides some objective reference for improving the reliability of wind resistance design and revising the code.
