南京华山饭店建筑形态设计研究

【摘要】：本文依据笔者在江苏省建筑设计研究院实习期间参与完成的南京华山饭店翻建工程建筑设计方案，在大量实地调研的基础上，对高层建筑形态设计进行了较为全面系统的研究。首先，，对高层建筑形态设计的组成要素形状、界面肌理、色彩的分析以及高层建筑形态设计考虑的因素环境、功能和结构、材料、技术因素进行研究。其次，分别从三个层面展开论述高层建筑形态的塑造策略：（1）从高层建筑形态与城市自然特征的关联、与城市天际线的互动和与城市社会环境的融合进行探讨，寻求符合城市空间整体化的设计思路：（2）从高层建筑空间布局形态、建筑形体的选择、建筑形体的组合方式方面研究，寻找符合高层建筑形体的最优关系组织。（3）对高层建筑平面组织布局、界面肌理表达和造型思路进行研究，探寻高层建筑单体的最佳设计方法。最后通过对南京华山饭店的建筑形态设计的解析，佐证了本文所述高层建筑形态设计策略的可行性。通过对本课题的研究，笔者认为要创作出优秀的高层建筑，必须综合考虑多方面内容，使高层建筑真正做到秀外而慧中，有利于改善城市景观，营造良好的城市空间和传递文脉，更好地融入城市。
[Abstract]:Based on the architectural design scheme of Nanjing Huashan Hotel renovation Project, which the author participated in during his internship in Jiangsu Architectural Design and Research Institute, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the shape design of high-rise buildings on the basis of a large number of field investigations. First of all, the paper studies the shape of elements, interface texture, color analysis and the factors such as environment, function and structure, material and technology of high-rise building form design. Secondly, from three aspects, it discusses the shaping strategy of high-rise building form: 1) from the relationship between high-rise building form and urban natural characteristics, the interaction with urban skyline and the integration with urban social environment, the paper discusses the relationship between high-rise building form and urban natural characteristics, the interaction with urban skyline, and the integration with urban social environment. Search for the design thought that accords with the integration of urban space. (2) from the aspects of the form of spatial layout of high-rise buildings, the choice of architectural forms, the combination of architectural forms, To find out the optimal relationship organization. 3) to study the plane organization layout, interface texture expression and modeling thought of high-rise building, and to explore the best design method of high-rise building monomer. Finally, by analyzing the architectural form design of Nanjing Huashan Hotel, the feasibility of the high-rise building shape design strategy described in this paper is proved. Through the study of this subject, the author thinks that in order to create excellent high-rise buildings, we must comprehensively consider various aspects, so that the high-rise buildings can really be beautiful and wise, which is conducive to the improvement of urban landscape. Create a good urban space and transmission context, better integration into the city.
