北京滑石道煤矿废弃地景观营造研究

【摘要】:煤矿废弃地是伴随着大规模的煤矿开采而产生的废弃地,也是工业废弃地中最具有代表意义的类型之一。随着全球经济增速的放缓以及新兴产业的发展,人类社会进入了后工业时代,一系列负面的景象与严峻的问题随之凸显出来。对于众多煤矿城市而言,矿区面临煤矿资源的枯竭,在逐渐失去生产功能与经济价值的同时,长年煤矿工业运作给自然环境、生态系统、景观资源都带来严重的威胁与破坏,还引发如原煤矿区工人再就业等诸多社会问题。对此,景观营造便成为了煤矿废弃地整治与改造的必要且有效的手段。 本文通过北京滑石道煤矿废弃地景观改造项目引出研究问题,,指出煤矿废弃地景观应服务于周边人群,融入周边环境,能够传承工业历史和地域文化,并且具有自然景观的特点。在简述煤矿废弃地景观营造的发展历程的同时,对国内外实际案例进行分析,从中总结出西方传统工业国家的煤矿废弃地景观案例较为注重对人文景观的塑造,而我国的实践案例倾向于对自然景观的诠释。在案例分析的基础上,笔者以风景园林学作为理论依据,对煤矿废弃地景观的功能、审美、营造原则及方法进行论述,并且提出煤矿废弃地景观营造的创新思路,包括采用人文景观与自然景观相结合的营造手法,建立传承工业历史和地域文化的思想以及重视周边人群参与的理念。 在以上研究成果的基础上,本文通过北京滑石道煤矿废弃地景观改造项目进行实践研究,对项目场地的周边环境和自身特点进行解读,从传承工业历史和本地文化以及延续周边自然景观两方面开展规划设计,使原本废弃的场地成为服务周边人群的景观。最后,尝试对我国煤矿废弃地景观营造进行展望,为进一步研究和实践提供依据和参考。
[Abstract]:Coal mine wasteland is one of the most representative types of industrial wasteland. With the slowdown of global economic growth and the development of new industries, human society has entered a post-industrial era, and a series of negative phenomena and severe problems have emerged. For many coal mining cities, the mining area is faced with the depletion of coal resources, while gradually losing its production function and economic value, the operation of the coal industry has brought serious threat and destruction to the natural environment, ecological system and landscape resources over the years. Also causes such as raw coal mining area workers re-employment and many other social problems. Therefore, landscape construction has become a necessary and effective means to renovate and transform abandoned land in coal mines. Through the project of landscape reconstruction of the abandoned land in Shishi Road Coal Mine in Beijing, this paper points out that the landscape of the abandoned land of coal mine should serve the surrounding people, melt into the surrounding environment, and inherit the industrial history and regional culture. And with the characteristics of natural landscape. This paper briefly describes the development course of the landscape construction of the abandoned land of coal mine, analyzes the actual cases at home and abroad, and concludes that the landscape cases of the abandoned land of coal mine in the western traditional industrial countries pay more attention to the shaping of the humanistic landscape. The practical cases of our country tend to interpret the natural landscape. On the basis of case analysis, the author takes landscape architecture as the theoretical basis, discusses the functions, aesthetics, construction principles and methods of the abandoned land landscape in coal mines, and puts forward the innovative ideas for the landscape construction of the abandoned land in coal mines. The idea of inheriting the industrial history and regional culture and attaching importance to the participation of the surrounding people are established by combining the humanistic landscape with the natural landscape. On the basis of the above research results, this paper carries on the practice research through the Beijing Shishi Road coal mine abandoned land landscape reconstruction project, and interprets the surrounding environment and its own characteristics of the project site. From the inheritance of industrial history and local culture as well as the continuation of the surrounding natural landscape two aspects of planning and design, so that the original abandoned site to serve the surrounding people into the landscape. Finally, this paper attempts to prospect the landscape construction of coal mine wasteland in China, which provides the basis and reference for further research and practice.
