自密实轻骨料混凝土框架抗震性能研究

【摘要】:自密实轻骨料混凝土做为一种新型材料,它具有自密实和轻骨料混凝土的共同优点。由于自重轻、弹性模量小,使其具有良好的抗震性能。同时因其浇筑不需震动、组成材料采用了工业废料等优点,体现出了“环保”、“可持续”的发展理念。论文通过试验和数值模拟方法对自密实轻骨料混凝土的性能进行了如下研究: (1)采用固定砂石体积与全计算相结合的方法,固定粉煤灰参入量及减水剂的用量,成功配置出了强度等级为SCLC30的自密实轻骨料混凝土。对该强度等级的混凝土进行了相关力学性能的研究、工作性能的研究,试验结果符合相关规范的要求。采用自行设计的配合比,浇筑了一榀自密实轻骨料混凝土框架,介绍了自密实轻骨料混凝土框架的制作、底梁的固定、试验加载装置的设计、试验加载制度及试验过程当中需要量测的内容及方法等。 (2)完成了1榀自密实轻骨料混凝土框架的抗震拟静力试验。对自密实轻骨料混凝土框架在低周往返荷载作用下的裂缝开展情况,框架的破坏形态及钢筋与混凝土的应变片所反映出的荷载—应变曲线进行了研究。 (3)通过对自密实轻骨料混凝土框架的试验滞回曲线分析,评价了其耗能能力,绘制出了骨架曲线,,得出了框架的特征荷载以及特征位移;分析了自密实轻骨料混凝土框架的延性以及刚度退化规律;与所参考文献[26]中普通混凝土框架的破坏特征、特征荷载及位移、延性、刚度退化等作了比较分析。 (4)利用有限元分析软件Marc对自密实轻骨料混凝土框架在循环荷载作用下的滞回特性做了计算分析,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,计算框架的耗能能力和承载能力要略大于实测值。
[Abstract]:As a new material, self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete has the common advantages of self-compacting and light aggregate concrete. Because of its light weight and small elastic modulus, it has good seismic performance. At the same time, because its pouring does not need vibration, the composition material adopts the advantages of industrial waste, which embodies the development concept of "environmental protection" and "sustainable". In this paper, the performance of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete is studied as follows by means of experiment and numerical simulation. 1) the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete with SCLC30 strength grade has been successfully configured by using the method of fixed sand volume and total calculation, fixed fly ash intake and the amount of water reducer. The mechanical properties and working properties of concrete of this strength grade are studied. The test results meet the requirements of relevant codes. A self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete frame is built by using self-designed mix ratio. The manufacture of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete frame, the fixing of bottom beam and the design of test loading device are introduced. Test loading system and the content and method of the required measurement during the test process. A self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete frame was tested under quasi-static earthquake resistance. The crack development of the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete frame under low cyclic loading, the failure pattern of the frame and the load-strain curve reflected by the strain gauges of steel bar and concrete are studied in this paper. 3) by analyzing the hysteretic curve of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete frame, the energy dissipation capacity of the frame is evaluated, the skeleton curve is drawn, and the characteristic load and displacement of the frame are obtained. The ductility and stiffness degradation of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete frame are analyzed, and the failure characteristics, characteristic loads and displacements, ductility and stiffness degradation of ordinary concrete frames in reference [26] are analyzed. 4) the hysteretic characteristics of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete frame under cyclic load are calculated and analyzed by using the finite element analysis software Marc, and the calculated results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the energy dissipation capacity and the bearing capacity of the calculation frame are slightly larger than the measured values.
