上海地下综合体公共复合空间设计研究

【摘要】：地下综合体这种建筑形式是目前城市化进程中城市中心立体化再开发的必然趋势。地下综合体是城市地下空间利用的重要形式之一，也是与人的身心体验关系最密切、人在其中逗留时间可达最长的地下公共活动场所。本文针对地下综合体的特点：公共空间的复合性，重点研究地下综合体公共空间的复合性设计问题。文章首先界定了地下综合体空间的基本概念，在对现状进行实地调研的基础之上，借助环境心理学，建筑心理学，环境视觉原理、统计学等理论，分析地下综合体空间环境认知的特点和复合性的要点。对调研的结果进行整体的梳理，得出地下综合体目前的现状以及不足、复合空间的设计原则以及地下综合体和城市要素的互相整合的趋势。本文的研究对象为地下综合体公共空间复合化设计，具体来说，笔者尝试对地下综合体的复合空间进行分类，，按照内外空间的不同分为了两类：一是地下综合体自身内部公共空间的复合性；二是地下综合体与城市之间的复合关系。对于前一种的分类笔者主要采取设计原则和策略方面的探讨，提出从复合空间形态以及内部空间自身的组织形式出发，加强整体秩序性，加强与其它城市可识别点，如地面广场、绿地以及地标式建筑的对应关系。对于后一种分类笔者主要研究再当今社会其与城市之间的相互关系的变化，进而研究与城市要素的整合以及一体化设计的方法。通过上述的研究，以期待本文的研究对今后地下综合体的设计能够起到一定的借鉴的作用。
[Abstract]:The underground complex is the inevitable trend of the three-dimensional redevelopment of the urban center in the process of urbanization. Underground complex is one of the important forms of utilization of urban underground space, and it is also the place of underground public activities in which people stay for the longest time, which is most closely related to people's physical and mental experience. According to the characteristics of underground complex: the compounding of public space, this paper focuses on the complex design of public space of underground complex. This paper first defines the basic concept of underground complex space, based on the field investigation of the current situation, with the help of environmental psychology, architectural psychology, environmental vision principles, statistics and other theories. This paper analyzes the characteristics of spatial environment cognition of underground complex and the key points of its compounding. The results of the investigation are combed as a whole, and the present situation and deficiency of the underground complex, the design principle of the complex space and the trend of the integration of the underground complex and the urban elements are obtained. The research object of this paper is the compound design of public space of underground complex. Specifically, the author tries to classify the composite space of underground complex. According to the difference of internal and external space, it can be divided into two categories: one is the compounding of the underground complex's internal public space, the other is the compound relationship between the underground complex and the city. For the former classification, the author mainly adopts the design principles and strategies, and puts forward that from the view of the form of complex space and the organizational form of internal space, the whole order should be strengthened, and the identifiable points of other cities should be strengthened. Such as the ground square, green space and landmarks of the corresponding relationship. For the latter classification, the author mainly studies the change of the relationship between the city and the society, and then studies the integration with the urban elements and the method of integrated design. Through the above research, it is expected that the research in this paper can be used for reference in the design of underground complex in the future.
