【摘要】：随着我国建筑行业发展的日益蓬勃，建筑工程质量问题已经普遍成为了人们茶余饭后讨论的话题。其中，工程质量的好坏主要取决于工程施工质量的好坏。由于人们对建筑行业认知度的不断提高，对房屋的施工质量要求也越来越高。作为施工质量控制的管理者，为了使建筑工程质量管理更加规范、更加科学，，我们必须完善自身的管理水平、提高自身的管理素质，加强工程质量的预控工作，切合实际的把理论与实际结合起来，落实施工质量控制的每一个环节，并保证项目工程的最终质量。 A综合楼建设项目总建筑面积约为45000平方米。建筑有效高度61.50m。工程从总体上分为两个区：办公楼，地下一层，地上十三层，局部十四层。裙房，地下一层，地上四层。本文对A综合楼建设项目施工质量控制进行了研究。首先，简单概述了公司及项目的情况，介绍了项目质量目标、管理、计划、保障、控制、结果等相关理论知识，对项目施工质量控制全文的展开提供了理论基础。其次，通过分析A综合楼建设项目的施工特点、相关环节及质量依据，制定出了此项目的质量目标及计划，并引出了项目质量控制的途径和方法。第三，依据A综合楼建设项目实际发生的施工质量问题，对围护工程、钻孔灌注桩施工、基础土方开挖回填施工、主体工程及装修工程进行剖析并分析问题的成因。第四，通过分析上述存在的问题，制定出项目专项的施工质量控制方案，对此项目存在的各种质量问题进行预控，保证完成项目的质量目标。第五，控制方案实施必须得到以下几个方面的保障：1、加强管理措施。2、完善技术保证措施。3、采取分部分项验收。4、总监理工程师做好总体协调工作。5、监理项目部做好内部协调工作。6、各专业交叉作业的施工质量监控。7、工程质量事故处理制度等。只有保障措施得到落实，控制方案才能顺利实施，这样才能达到项目全过程的施工质量控制。最后，本文对全文进行了总结并提出了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of construction industry in China, the quality of construction engineering has become a topic of discussion. Among them, the quality of the project mainly depends on the quality of the construction. Because of the increasing awareness of the construction industry, the construction quality of the building is more and more demanding. As the manager of construction quality control, in order to make construction engineering quality management more standardized and more scientific, we must improve our own management level, improve our own management quality, and strengthen the pre-control work of engineering quality. Combine theory with practice, carry out every link of construction quality control, and guarantee the final quality of project. A complex building construction project total floor area of about 45000 square meters. The effective height of the building is 61.50mm. The project is generally divided into two districts: office building, underground first floor, above-ground 13-storey, local-14-storey. The dress room, the underground first floor, the ground four floors. In this paper, the construction quality control of A comprehensive building construction project is studied. First of all, it briefly summarizes the situation of the company and the project, introduces the project quality objectives, management, planning, security, control, results and other related theoretical knowledge, which provides a theoretical basis for the full text of project construction quality control. Secondly, through the analysis of the construction characteristics, relevant links and quality basis of the A comprehensive building construction project, the quality objectives and plans of the project are worked out, and the ways and methods of the project quality control are introduced. Thirdly, according to the actual construction quality problems of A comprehensive building, the paper analyzes and analyzes the causes of the problems, such as enclosure engineering, bored pile construction, foundation earthwork excavation backfill construction, main body engineering and decoration engineering. Fourth, through the analysis of the problems mentioned above, the project specific construction quality control scheme is worked out, and various quality problems in the project are pre-controlled to ensure the completion of the project's quality objectives. Fifth, The implementation of the control scheme must be guaranteed in the following aspects: 1: 1, strengthening management measures .2, perfecting technical assurance measures .3. adopting sub-acceptance .4. the chief supervision engineer should do overall coordination work .5. the supervision project department should do a good job of internal coordination. Adjustment work. 6. Construction quality control. 7. Engineering quality accident handling system. Only when the safeguard measures are carried out can the control scheme be carried out smoothly and the construction quality control in the whole process of the project be achieved. Finally, this paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect.
