地下室上浮破坏原因分析及处理措施研究

【摘要】：随着现代化城市的不断发展,随着建筑技术的不断发展,随着城市空间的日益紧张,城市中出现了大量带有一层甚至多层地下室的高层建筑。在沿海等地下水含量丰富的地区,由地下水水浮力所造成的建(构)筑物发生倾斜、倒塌的事故屡屡出现,使得地下室抗浮问题显得日益突出。地下室结构工程在浮力作用下可能整体浮起而失稳,或由于不均匀上浮造成地下室底板或外墙开裂,严重时底板断裂,造成巨大的损失。可见对地下结构上浮机理的研究,具有重要的应用价值。本文针对地下室抗浮及地下室上浮破坏后的处理措施做了以下工作：首先,详细介绍国内地下室抗浮设计的理论依据与方法。全面研究了国家现行规范以及欧洲部分抗浮设计规范,对比分析了国内规范与欧洲规范所存在的差异性,进一步指出了国内规范存在的一些缺陷。其次,详细介绍杭州某住宅小区地下车库局部上浮的破坏情况,从设计和施工等方面,全面分析可能导致该地下车库上浮的原因。最后,介绍该地下车库上浮后所采取的措施,分析所采取措施的优缺点。针对目前国内地下室抗浮设计的方法提出改进的意见。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern cities, with the development of building technology, with the increasing tension of urban space, a large number of high-rise buildings with one or more basement have appeared in the city. In the coastal areas with abundant groundwater content, the building (construction) structure caused by the groundwater buoyancy is inclined, and the accidents of collapse occur frequently, which makes the basement anti-floating problem more and more prominent. The basement structure engineering may float and lose stability under the action of buoyancy, or the basement floor or exterior wall will crack due to uneven floating, and the bottom slab will break down seriously, resulting in huge losses. Therefore, the study of the floating mechanism of underground structure has important application value. In this paper, the following work has been done to deal with the basement anti-floating and basement floatation damage: Firstly, the theoretical basis and method of anti-floating design of basement in China are introduced in detail. In this paper, the current national codes and some European anti-floating design codes are comprehensively studied, the differences between the domestic codes and the European ones are compared and analyzed, and some defects of the domestic codes are pointed out. Secondly, the damage situation of underground garage partial floating in a residential district in Hangzhou is introduced in detail, and the reasons that may lead to the underground garage floating are analyzed comprehensively from the aspects of design and construction. Finally, the paper introduces the measures taken after the underground garage floats, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the measures taken. This paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the method of anti-floating design of basements in China.
