冷弯薄壁型钢背靠式组合截面受弯构件静力性能的研究

【摘要】:随着我国钢材产量的不断提高以及技术水平的不断进步,钢结构的应用越来越广泛,薄壁轻型钢结构是钢结构房屋发展的主要趋势之一。冷弯薄壁型钢构件可以加工成多种经济截面形式,受力性能较好,承载力较高,整体刚度较大,而且易于加工、制作简单,运输、安装方便,易于工业化,大量应用于轻钢龙骨等住宅结构中。在现有的理论分析和应用现状的基础上,本文通过研究能够运用于冷弯薄壁型钢框架结构体系的新型组合截面梁构件,可以充分利用其优越的抗弯能力,以及组合增强效应,为框架结构体系整体静、动力分析研究做准备。 首先,本文运用ANSYS有限元软件,基于稳定理论,考虑几何、材料双重非线性以及初始几何缺陷的影响,采用壳单元Shell181,通过背靠式的组合方式,耦合出栓钉连接,建立了冷弯薄壁型钢组合构件的有限元模型。将有限元模型试算结果与已有构件试验进行对比分析后,认为有限元模型结果基本可信。 其次,本文对纯弯作用下的冷弯薄壁型钢背靠式组合构件进行了较为全面的参数分析。根据计算获得的荷载-位移曲线、极限承载力、屈曲行为等,分析了初始缺陷、卷边宽度、翼缘宽度、腹板高度、构件长度以及构件截面宽高比等参数对其静力性能的影响规律,并给出了一些参数建议取值。 最后,通过单肢槽型构件与组合背靠式构件极限状态的对比,分析了各个参数对组合效应的影响规律。运用MATLAB软件对大量的分析所得的组合效应数值进行回归,得到拟合公式,量化了组合效应的大小,并将这个系数运用于组合构件的DSM法的修正。
[Abstract]:With the development of steel production and technology in China, the application of steel structure is more and more extensive. Thin-walled light steel structure is one of the main trends in the development of steel structure building. Cold-formed thin-walled steel members can be processed into a variety of economic cross-section forms, with better mechanical properties, higher bearing capacity, greater overall stiffness, and easy processing, easy fabrication, easy transportation, easy installation, and easy industrialization. A large number of applications in light steel keel and other residential structures. On the basis of the existing theoretical analysis and application status, this paper studies the new type of composite beam members which can be applied to cold-formed thin-walled steel frame structure system, which can make full use of its superior bending resistance and composite strengthening effect. Prepare for the whole static and dynamic analysis of frame structure system. Firstly, using ANSYS finite element software, based on the stability theory, considering the influence of geometry, material double nonlinearity and initial geometric defect, the shell element Shell181is used to couple the pin connection by the way of the combination of backrest type. The finite element model of cold-formed thin-walled steel composite member is established. It is considered that the finite element model results are basically credible after comparing the finite element model test results with the existing member tests. Secondly, the parameter analysis of cold-formed thin-walled steel backrest composite members under pure bending is carried out in this paper. According to the load-displacement curve, ultimate bearing capacity, buckling behavior and so on, the initial defects, crimping width, flange width and web height are analyzed. The influence of the parameters such as the length of the member and the ratio of the section width to the height of the member on its static performance is studied and some suggested values are given. Finally, the influence of each parameter on the combination effect is analyzed by comparing the limit state of the single-leg grooved member with the composite back member. By using MATLAB software, a large number of combined effect values are regressed, the fitting formula is obtained, the magnitude of the combination effect is quantified, and the coefficient is applied to the modification of the DSM method of the composite component.
