高校照明节电技术和管理方案研究

【摘要】:能源是人类赖以生存与发展的物质基础。随着经济不断发展,能源短缺问题日益凸显,能源消费却以每年平均2%的速度增加。尤其是最近几年,全国用电量及电负荷增长较快,全国大半以上的省(市、区)出现了不同程度的拉闸限电甚至断电现象。高等学校一直以来都是用电大户。高校照明用电量占学校总用电量的30%~40%以上。由于学校照明灯具多、分布广、管理粗放、师生节电意识薄弱,往往存在“长明灯”等浪费现象,高校照明节电的技术和管理措施研究就迫在眉睫。 在查阅相关文献的基础上,本文首先简要阐述高校照明节电的意义及国内外高校照明节电采取的主要技术措施。通过计算分析高校照明节电的潜力,确定了本文研究的技术目标和节能方案。 论文以郑煤技师学院为特例对高校的用电情况、光源设备、照明控制方式等进行了调查,总结分析出高校照明节电方面存在的亟待解决的问题:师生节电意识淡薄、相关部门节电管理不力、节电技术措施推广应用不够等。针对上述问题,提出实现高校照明节电的措施:一是技术上,用高效电光源及灯具替代低效电光源和灯具;开发照明智能控制系统并将其应用于高校各典型建筑场所。二是管理上,引入合同能源管理节能新机制,由节能服务公司出资出技术完成高校照明改造;加强照明节电的宣传教育;完善修订照明节电相关的规章管理制度,实行量化管理。其中,高校照明系统的智能控制策略是本文研究的重点。 为验证论文提出的照明节电措施的可行性,对郑煤技师学院1“教学楼进行照明改造:引入合同能源管理的节能新机制,由节能服务公司按照合同约定内容,用高效光源替代原低效光源,用照明智能控制替代原手动控制等。改造后,照明效果满意并实现节电21%,经济效益明显。这些照明节电措施同样适用于其他高校,其推广应用必将推动我国高校等公共机构的节能降耗工作,具有显著的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益。
[Abstract]:Energy is the material basis of human survival and development. As the economy continues to grow, energy shortages become increasingly acute, while energy consumption increases by an average of 2 percent a year. Especially in recent years, the electricity consumption and electric load have increased rapidly in China, and more than half of the provinces (cities and districts) in the country have appeared the phenomenon of power cut or even power cut in different degrees. Colleges and universities have always been large consumers of electricity. University lighting power consumption accounted for 30% of the total electricity consumption of the school more than 40%. Because there are many school lighting lamps, wide distribution, extensive management, weak consciousness of saving electricity among teachers and students, and so on, there is often waste phenomenon such as "long bright light". Therefore, it is urgent to study the technology and management measures of lighting energy saving in colleges and universities. On the basis of consulting relevant documents, this paper first briefly expounds the significance of saving electricity by lighting in colleges and universities, and the main technical measures adopted in colleges and universities at home and abroad. By calculating and analyzing the potential of saving electricity by lighting in colleges and universities, the technical goal and energy saving scheme of this paper are determined. This paper takes Zheng Coal technician College as a special case to investigate the situation of electricity consumption, light source equipment, lighting control mode and so on in colleges and universities, and summarizes and analyzes the problems that need to be solved in the aspects of lighting energy saving in colleges and universities: the weak consciousness of saving electricity among teachers and students. The relevant department energy saving management is weak, the electricity saving technical measure popularizes the application insufficient and so on. In view of the above problems, the paper puts forward some measures to realize the power saving of university lighting: firstly, replacing the low efficiency electric light source and lamps with high efficiency electric light source and lamps, and developing the lighting intelligent control system and applying it to the typical building sites in colleges and universities. Second, in terms of management, we should introduce a new energy-saving mechanism of contract energy management, which will be financed by energy-saving service companies to complete the renovation of lighting in colleges and universities; strengthen the publicity and education on lighting and electricity saving; and improve and revise the regulations and management system related to lighting and electricity conservation. Implement quantitative management. Among them, the intelligent control strategy of university lighting system is the focus of this paper. In order to verify the feasibility of the lighting energy-saving measures proposed in this paper, the lighting renovation of the 1 "teaching building of Zheng Coal technician College: introducing a new energy-saving mechanism of contract energy management is carried out by the energy-saving service company in accordance with the agreed contents of the contract." Replace the original low-efficiency light source with the high-efficiency light source and replace the manual control with the intelligent control of lighting. After revamping, the lighting effect is satisfactory and the power saving is 21%, and the economic benefit is obvious. These lighting and electricity saving measures are also suitable for other colleges and universities. Their popularization and application will certainly promote the energy saving and consumption reduction work of public institutions such as colleges and universities in our country, and have remarkable economic, environmental and social benefits.
