火灾后混凝土检测与鉴定技术研究

【摘要】:火灾是威胁公共安全的主要灾害形式,每年都给国家和人民带来了重大的损失。我们有必要了解建筑物在火灾中、火灾后承载能力的变化,及火灾的高温作用对结构可靠性的影响,这样一方面可以为建筑物的抗火设计提供理论依据,另一方面可以为灾后建筑物检测、加固提供必要的数据和理论指导。 目前国内外相关研究部门通过大量的试验和理论分析研究,取得了一系列的成果,本文首先对这些成果进行了总结归纳。指出当前火灾后建筑结构的检测中检测技术和火灾损伤的复杂性不相适应,特别是在定量分析受火构件的烧伤深度、剩余承载力方面的研究还不够,本文对火灾后混凝土构件的检测技术进行了较为系统的研究并提出了检测程序及鉴定要求: (1)研究了火灾的危害,,以及火灾对钢筋混凝土结构得损坏原理,指出了火灾后受火构件检测、鉴定的意义,并对国内外火灾研究进行了简要的总结。介绍了目前用于火灾后受火构件的检测方法的原理。 (2)本文在这些已有的研究成果的基础上,总结了目前普遍采用的一些检测方法和手段,如目测法、回弹法、超声法、钻芯等。同时,也对火灾后混凝土构件的承载力进行了研究,总结了受力状态的构件的剩余承载力计算公式。 (3)研究了各种检测方法优缺点和适用范围,对现有火灾后受火构件的检测、鉴定方法进行简要总结,总结出检测程序及鉴定要求。 (4)利用上述研究对某商场火灾后受火结构进行了检测、鉴定,得出了结论,并根据结论提出了合理建议。
[Abstract]:Fire is the main form of disaster threatening public safety, which brings great losses to the country and people every year. It is necessary to understand the change of carrying capacity of buildings after fire, and the effect of high temperature on the reliability of structures. On the one hand, it can provide a theoretical basis for the fire resistant design of buildings. On the other hand, it can provide necessary data and theoretical guidance for building detection and reinforcement after disaster. At present, domestic and foreign related research departments have made a series of achievements through a large number of experiments and theoretical analysis. It is pointed out that the detection technology of building structure after fire is not suitable to the complexity of fire damage, especially the research on quantitative analysis of burn depth and residual bearing capacity of fire members is not enough. In this paper, the detection technology of concrete members after fire is studied systematically, and the testing procedure and identification requirements are put forward. This paper studies the hazard of fire and the principle of fire damage to reinforced concrete structure, points out the significance of fire detection and identification after fire, and summarizes the fire research at home and abroad. This paper introduces the principle of the detection method of fire components after fire. On the basis of these existing research results, this paper summarizes some commonly used detection methods and methods, such as visual method, springback method, ultrasonic method, drilling core and so on. At the same time, the bearing capacity of concrete members after fire is also studied, and the formula for calculating the residual bearing capacity of members under stress is summarized. 3) the advantages, disadvantages and applicable scope of various detection methods are studied. The detection and identification methods of fire components after fire are briefly summarized, and the detection procedures and identification requirements are summarized. 4) using the above research, the fire structure after fire in a shopping mall is tested and identified, and the conclusion is drawn, and the reasonable suggestions are put forward according to the conclusion.
