设计几何学在工程机械产品形态设计中的应用研究

【摘要】:伴随我国基础建设的兴起,工程机械行业日益扩大,工程机械产品使用周期长、换代慢的特点,成为制约行业发展的重要因素。在同质化竞争的时代,使产品具有直观、鲜明、和谐的几何比例形态,增强产品视觉美感,已成为增强产品竞争力的重要因素。因此在工程机械形态设计中引入设计几何学的研究尤为重要。也成为工程机械设计师必须面临的一个重要课题,更是本文研究的重点。 设计几何学是关于比例和构成的研究,在众多领域已得到广泛运用。本文是以设计几何学为理论基础和研究方法,对工程机械产品的形态进行研究,解决工程机械形态设计中几何形态关系问题。 首先,引入设计几何学概念,对其在生活中的体现进行剖析,了解在几何形态与构成比例上符合设计几何学的各种几何规律,以及在主要领域的应用。其次,对工程机械产品进行概述及形态进行分析,,挖掘设计几何学原理与工程机械产品形态设计中的内在联系,得出我国工程机械产品存在的一些缺陷。再次,就工程机械产品形态设计过程中,分析引入设计几何学的必要性及制约因素。最后归纳总结出设计几何学在工程机械产品形态设计中的指导原则和创新方法,并通过实例加以验证。通过这一研究能够在一定程度上对我国工程机械产品形态设计提供参考并指导实际的设计案例。
[Abstract]:With the rise of infrastructure in China, the construction machinery industry is expanding day by day. The characteristics of long life cycle and slow replacement of construction machinery products have become an important factor restricting the development of construction machinery industry. In the era of homogenization competition, it has become an important factor to enhance the competitiveness of products to make the products have intuitive, distinct, harmonious geometric proportion form and enhance the visual aesthetic sense of products. Therefore, it is very important to introduce the design geometry into the shape design of construction machinery. Design geometry is about proportion and composition, which has been widely used in many fields. Based on the theory and research method of design geometry, this paper studies the shape of construction machinery products and solves the problem of geometric shape relation in the design of construction machinery form. Firstly, the concept of design geometry is introduced. Through the analysis of its embodiment in life, it is understood that the geometric form and composition proportion accord with the geometric laws of design geometry, and its application in the main fields. Secondly, the paper summarizes and analyzes the shape of construction machinery products, excavates the internal relations between the design geometry principle and the shape design of construction machinery products, and finds out some defects existing in the construction machinery products in China. Thirdly, the necessity and restrictive factors of introducing design geometry are analyzed in the process of configuration design of construction machinery products. Finally, the guiding principles and innovative methods of design geometry in shape design of construction machinery products are summarized and verified by examples. To some extent, this study can provide reference for the shape design of construction machinery products in China and guide the actual design cases.
