加筋土挡墙现场试验与数值模拟

【摘要】:筋材的设计计算是加筋土挡墙设计中重要组成部分之一。挡墙中筋材的影响因素众多,如墙高、超载、面板刚度、土体自重、施工碾压、挡墙倾斜角度和加筋间距等。 结合某一生态加筋土挡墙工程,选择典型断面,对断面中8层土工格栅进行了应变测试,分析筋材变形随施工过程的变化规律。 基于某室内加筋土挡墙模型试验,应用有限元软件plaxis进行数值模拟,分析比较了墙面板位移、脚趾水平和垂直力、基底垂直土压力、筋材应变等的实测结果和模拟结果,结果显示两者能较好吻合。并且分析了不同土体模型对数值模拟结果的影响。 对现场实测的加筋土挡墙,利用二维有限元程序plaxis进行数值模拟,分析了边坡变形特征、土中应力分布、土工格栅应变、剪切带分布等。用强度折减法研究了边坡破坏时的滑动面,分析了计算中考虑反包段对挡墙位移及土工格栅拉力等的影响。 统计分析了不同类型土体碾压所产生的土工格栅应变值。对现场实测、以及按现行设计方法和有限元数值模拟得到的挡墙土工格栅各层拉力进行了比较,进而提出了考虑碾压影响的加筋土挡墙筋材设计方法。
[Abstract]:The design and calculation of reinforced earth retaining wall is one of the important parts. There are many factors affecting the reinforcement in the retaining wall, such as the height of the wall, overload, the stiffness of the slab, the weight of the soil, the compaction of the construction, the inclined angle of the retaining wall and the spacing of the reinforcement, etc. Combined with a certain ecological reinforced earth retaining wall, the typical section is selected. The strain of 8 layers geogrid in the section is tested, and the deformation of reinforced concrete with the construction process is analyzed. Based on the model test of reinforced earth retaining wall in a certain room, the finite element software plaxis is used to carry out numerical simulation, and the displacement of wall panel is analyzed and compared. The measured and simulated results of the toe horizontal and vertical forces, the vertical earth pressure of the base and the strain of the steel bar show that the two results are in good agreement with each other. The effects of different soil models on the numerical simulation results are analyzed. The deformation characteristics of slope, stress distribution in soil, geogrid strain and strain of geogrid are analyzed by using two-dimensional finite element program plaxis. Distribution of shear bands, etc. The sliding surface of slope failure is studied by using strength reduction method, and the influence of anti-envelope section on the displacement of retaining wall and the force of geogrid tension is analyzed. The strain values of geogrid caused by different types of soil are statistically analyzed. The field measurements and the tensile forces of the geogrid layers obtained by the current design method and the finite element numerical simulation are compared, and the design method of reinforced earth retaining wall reinforcement material considering the effect of roller compaction is put forward.
