泡沫灭火系统测试用标准压力式比例混合装置

【摘要】:本文针对泡沫灭火系统泡沫产生类产品(泡沫产生器、泡沫喷头等)及喷射类产品(泡沫枪、泡沫炮等)测试用标准混合液供给系统进行研究,开展了标准比例混合装置研究,包括总体方案设计、装置设计及计算、性能参数验证几方面,并将研究成果作为标准检测设备直接应用于泡沫灭火系统产生类产品和喷射类产品的测试。主要内容包括: 1.对现有泡沫液比例混合方式的泡沫比例混合产品进行了介绍,主要包括有管线式比例混合器、环泵式比例混合器、平衡式比例混合装置、计量注入式比例混合装置和压力式比例混合装置等几种产品,着重介绍了其产品的组成及工作原理,并进行了泡沫比例混合产品的优缺点分析,通过综合考虑设计方案,提出了适用于泡沫产生装置试验测试用的比例混合方式; 2.根据需要检测的不同类别的泡沫产生类产品和泡沫喷射类产品,突破传统的思维设计方式,,提出了泡沫灭火系统产品测试用标准压力式比例混合装置的总体设计方案,通过比较不同消防产品的主要特性参数(压力范围、流量范围和混合比等),最终确定了压力式比例混合器的规格(DN80、DN100、DN150),同时论证了该套测试装置的连接方式,并进行优化部件选型,给出了具体设计方案; 3.根据压力式比例混合装置测试的工作参数范围(压力范围、流量范围和混合比等),通过理论计算对所设计的压力式比例混合装置所选用的三种规格比例混合器(DN80、DN100、DN150)分别计算确定了其主管路喷嘴及泡沫液节流孔板的尺寸,并对三种比例混合器与泡沫液储罐的安装方式、安装间距和管路尺寸等参数进行了确认计算校核; 4.采用分光光度计法和电导率法分别测试了不同类别、不同发泡倍数、不同混合比的泡沫液的吸光率与时间关系曲线、电导率与温度曲线的关系图,对泡沫比例混合器的混合比测试方法进行了研究,选择了适用于评价本研究装置的混合比测试方法; 5.对泡沫灭火系统产品测试用标准压力式比例混合装置分别使用不同类别的泡沫液,在不同压力范围、不同流量范围下的混合比进行了测试,对标准压力式比例混合装置的主要性能及测试参数进行了评价。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the standard mixed liquid supply system for foam production products (foam generator, foam sprinkler, etc.) and spray products (foam gun, etc.) for foam extinguishing system is studied, and the standard proportional mixing device is studied. It includes the overall scheme design, device design and calculation, performance parameter verification, and the research results are directly applied to the testing of foam fire extinguishing system production products and spray products as standard testing equipment. The main contents are as follows: 1. The existing foam proportion mixing products are introduced, including pipeline mixer, ring pump mixer, balanced proportional mixing device. 2. Several kinds of products, such as metrological injection proportional mixing device and pressure-type proportional mixing device, are introduced in this paper. The composition and working principle of the products are emphatically introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of foam proportion mixing products are analyzed, and the design scheme is considered synthetically. The proportional mixing method suitable for testing and testing of foam generator is put forward. 2. According to different kinds of foam production products and foam spray products, the traditional thinking design mode is broken through. The general design scheme of standard pressure proportional mixing device for testing foam fire extinguishing system products is put forward. The main characteristic parameters (pressure range) of different fire fighting products are compared. Finally, the specification of pressure proportional mixer (DN80 / DN100 / DN150) is determined, the connection mode of the test device is demonstrated, and the selection of optimized parts is carried out, and the concrete design scheme is given. 3.According to the range of working parameters (pressure range) tested by the pressure-type proportional mixing device, The flow range and mixing ratio are calculated and the size of nozzle and orifice plate of foam throttle are determined by theoretical calculation of three kinds of scale mixer (DN80 / DN100 / DN150), which are selected for the designed pressure proportional mixing device. The installation mode, installation distance and pipe size of three kinds of proportional mixer and foam tank were confirmed and calculated. 4. Different types were measured by spectrophotometer method and conductivity method. The relationship curve between absorbency and time and the relationship between conductivity and temperature of foam liquid with different foaming ratio and different mixing ratio were studied, and the measuring method of mixing ratio of foam proportional mixer was studied. The mixing ratio test method suitable for evaluating this research device is selected. 5. The standard pressure proportional mixing device for testing foam fire extinguishing system products uses different kinds of foam liquid in different pressure range. The mixing ratio in different flow range was tested and the main performance and test parameters of the standard pressure proportional mixing device were evaluated.
