基于iPlat的工程项目管理系统设计

【摘要】:随着总承包项目逐年增多,沪宝工程公司对管理变革的需求也快速增长。但是现存的工时管理信息系统中存在不少缺陷,工时管理信息系统存在着不支持对流程的建模和仿真、监控及分析等问题。而国外大型项目管理信息系统存在着费用昂贵,水土不服等问题。这些问题在一定程度上制约了沪宝工程公司总承包项目管理水平的进一步发展。因此,构建一个能快速响应业务流程变革的工程项目管理系统,以满足沪宝工程公司的管理变更需求,己成为了该公司的一项非常重要的任务。首先分析沪宝工程公司工时管理信息系统现状,明确了采用“硬代码”开发业务流程的问题。在此基础上,应用iPlat工作流技术,先讨论了施工图发图计划、建安指标分解和施工委外申请等三个方面的主要功能,分析人员配置管理、建安费控管理等核心流程,然后分析基于iPlat工作流的流程建模和仿真、监控及分析技术,并对设备采购申请、施工委外申请等核心子系统进行详细设计,最后对业务流程管理平台的稳定性、扩展性以及投资效益进行简单分析。其中重点讨论设备采购申请及施工委外申请子系统如何利用iPlat中的业务流程管理平台实现流程建模、仿真、监控及分析。
[Abstract]:With the total contracting project increasing year by year, Hubao Engineering Company's demand for management reform is also growing rapidly. However, there are many defects in the existing man-hour management information system. The man-hour management information system does not support the modeling and simulation of the process, monitoring and analysis and other problems. Foreign large-scale project management information system is expensive, difficult to accept and so on. To a certain extent, these problems restrict the further development of the general contracting project management level of Hubao Engineering Company. Therefore, it has become a very important task for Hubao Engineering Company to construct a project management system which can quickly respond to the business process change to meet the needs of management change of Hubao Engineering Company. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of man-hour management information system in Hubao Engineering Company, and clarifies the problem of developing business process by hard code. On this basis, using the technology of iPlat workflow, the paper first discusses the main functions of three aspects, such as construction drawing mapping plan, construction safety index decomposition and construction application, and analyzes the core processes of personnel configuration management, construction safety fee control management, etc. Then it analyzes the process modeling and simulation, monitoring and analysis technology based on iPlat workflow, and designs the core subsystems such as equipment purchase application, construction commission application and so on in detail. Finally, the stability of business process management platform is analyzed. The expansibility and the investment benefit carry on the simple analysis. This paper mainly discusses how to use the business process management platform in iPlat to realize process modeling, simulation, monitoring and analysis.
