绿色建筑评价指标体系研究与应用

【摘要】:面对能源危机,生态危机和温室效应,走可持续发展道路已经成为全球共同面临的紧迫任务,作为能耗占全部能耗将近1/3的建筑业,也很早将可持续发展列入核心发展目标,绿色建筑正是在这种环境下应运而生,,而绿色建筑评价对大力发展绿色建筑具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先对绿色建筑和绿色建筑评价分别进行了概述,对绿色建筑的综述包括其概念及内涵、与“建筑节能”的区别及绿色建筑发展问题的分析与展望;继而概述了绿色建筑评价、绿色建筑评价关注的内容及绿色建筑评价的基本原则;后来分别介绍了国内外绿色建筑的发展及评估体系。 其次在节地、节能、节水、节材及保护环境和减少污染的基础上,构造了绿色建筑评价指标体系,由节地与室外环境、节能与能源利用、节水与水资源利用、节材与材料资源利用、室内环境质量和运营管理六类指标组成。对评价体系中的定性指标进行了定量化的研究,并采用了群体专家决策的方法,通过发放调查问卷的方式,对建筑各节能评价指标之间的相对重要性进行调查评判,再利用定性定量相结合的层次分析法进行指标权重的计算,确定了各指标的权重系数。 最后建立了一个建筑能耗指标,用以表征建筑能耗水平的高低,直接反应建筑的节能情况。以某住宅小区为例,分析验证了该绿色建筑评价体系的合理性。
[Abstract]:In the face of energy crisis, ecological crisis and Greenhouse Effect, it has become an urgent task for the world to follow the path of sustainable development. As the construction industry, whose energy consumption accounts for nearly a third of the total energy consumption, sustainable development has long been included in the core development goals. Green building emerges as the times require in this environment, and the evaluation of green building is of great significance to the development of green building. In this paper, the evaluation of green building and green building are summarized, including the concept and connotation of green building, the difference between green building and "building energy saving", and the analysis and prospect of the development of green building. Then it summarizes the evaluation of green buildings, the contents of the evaluation of green buildings and the basic principles of the evaluation of green buildings, and then introduces the development and evaluation system of green buildings at home and abroad. Secondly, on the basis of saving land, saving energy, saving water, saving materials and protecting environment and reducing pollution, the evaluation index system of green building is constructed, which includes land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resources utilization. Save material and material resources utilization, indoor environmental quality and operation management of six types of indicators. The qualitative index in the evaluation system is studied quantitatively, and the method of group expert decision is adopted to evaluate the relative importance of each energy saving evaluation index of the building by issuing the questionnaire. The weight coefficient of each index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, a building energy consumption index is established to represent the level of building energy consumption and directly reflect the energy saving situation of buildings. Taking a residential district as an example, the rationality of the green building evaluation system is verified.
