连云港某置业广场施工措施及组织设计

【摘要】：本文在查阅了大量施工组织设计相关资料、计划文件及相关合同、设计资料及相关文件、工程的现场资料和相关的国家规范后，以连云港某置业广场为研究对象，综合了该置业广场的各单位工程的特点及相关资料后，编制了该置业广场的单项工程的总施工组织设计。对A、B、C单位工程做出全局性的战略部署，为各单位工程的施工准备和物资的保障提供依据、为单位工程的建设计划提供依据,并对其施工作业提供科学合理的方案和实施步骤，并为总的施工部署提供施工方案的可行性和合理性提供依据。编制单项工程的施工组织设计的目的是为了更好的全面地控制各单位工程的施工，对总施工计划进行合理的分配任务。在拟定主要工程项目的施工方案和技术经济方案后，使A、B、C三个单位工程能够有序的开展施工工作，使整个工程项目中，，人力、物力、财力、技术资源充分利用，从而达到提高工程质量、缩短工期、降低工程成本、实现安全文明施工的目的。本施工组织总设计内容主要包括：工程总体概况、施工部署、本单项工程的重点难点、主要施工方法、质量保证措施、进度计划及措施、安全文明生产、主要机械及劳动力、施工总平面布置、施工的组织以及脚手架专项工程等。
[Abstract]:After consulting a large number of construction organization design related materials, plan documents and related contracts, design materials and related documents, site data of the project and relevant national specifications, this paper takes a certain home purchase square in Lianyungang as the research object. After synthesizing the characteristics and relevant data of each unit project, the overall construction organization design of the single project of the home plaza is worked out. Make the overall strategic arrangement for the unit project of AZBU C, provide the basis for the construction preparation and material support of each unit project, provide the basis for the construction plan of the unit project, and provide the scientific and reasonable scheme and implementation steps for the construction operation of the unit project. It also provides the basis for the feasibility and rationality of the construction plan. The purpose of compiling the construction organization design of single project is to control the construction of each unit project in an all-round way and to distribute the overall construction plan reasonably. After drawing up the construction plan and the technical and economic plan of the main project, the three unit projects of AZB / C can carry out the construction work in an orderly manner, so that the human, material, financial and technical resources of the whole project can be fully utilized. In order to improve the quality of the project, shorten the duration of the project, reduce the cost of the project, and achieve the goal of safe and civilized construction. The overall design contents of the construction organization mainly include: general situation of the project, construction arrangement, key points and difficulties of this single project, main construction methods, quality assurance measures, progress plans and measures, safe and civilized production, main machinery and labor force, General layout of construction, construction organization and scaffolding special project.
