文化创意产业区与城市空间互动发展研究

【摘要】：随着全球化与创意经济迅猛发展，大都市的城市空间结构与功能剧烈变动，文化创意产业研究和城市空间演变成为城市发展的重要命题。作为文化创意产业空间集聚与发展的载体，产业区的形成、发展和演化不仅是社会经济形态与城市空间结构变迁的直接体现，也是城市空间形象与功能重塑的重要动力来源。本研究从系统解读文化创意产业区的城市属性入手，剖析文化创意产业区与城市的文化、经济、社会、实体空间的联系及其在城市空间结构上的表现，揭示文化创意产业区建设与旧城更新、科技新区发展的互动关系与作用机理，研判文化创意产业区与城市空间演变的未来趋势。论文分为八个章节进行论述。第一章是绪论，第八章是结语，第二～七章是论文的主体部分。第二章是相关理论的综述。首先对文化创意产业和文化创意产业区的定义、范畴、特征进行归纳，相关理论主要面向城市空间、文化创意产业空间集聚和创意城市3个方面的研究现状。在对城市空间结构及其创意城市基本理论的基础上，对文化创意产业空间集聚的特点和趋势作了总结分析，以此构建研究的总体框架。第三章是国内外文化创意产业园案例研究。重点研究国外文化创意产业区建设实践，得出相关启示，同时分析总结我国文化产业区发展现状存在的问题，做为文化创意产业区研究的参考和借鉴。第四章主要建构文化创意产业区与城市空间演化的关系框架。文化创意产业区作为城市空间基本单元趋向多功能复合，，与城市空间协同以保持双方的可持续发展。论文从文化、社会、经济和实体空间四个方面研究文化创意产业区建设与城市空间结构演变的互动关系与作用机理。第五章主要建构文化创意产业区与旧城更新的关系框架。在旧城，文化创意产业区可以作为空间催化单元，从文化经济社会和实体空间多方面推动旧城的整体更新。第六章主要建构文化创意产业区与科技新区发展的关系框架。在科技新区，文化创意产业空间一方面与高新技术产业空间共构城市创新空间系统，另一方面作为城市新区文化植入的有效手段。第七章是案例解析篇，分析影响北京文化创意产业区空间布局的要素，通过梳理北京文化创意产业区的空间分布特征，探讨文化创意产业区与北京城市空间演化以及旧城、科技新区发展的关联性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of globalization and creative economy, the urban spatial structure and function of metropolis have changed dramatically. The study of cultural and creative industries and the evolution of urban space have become important propositions of urban development. As the carrier of cultural and creative industries' spatial agglomeration and development, the formation, development and evolution of industrial zones are not only the direct embodiment of the changes of social and economic forms and urban spatial structures, but also the important power sources of the reconstruction of the image and function of urban space. This study begins with the systematic interpretation of the urban attributes of the cultural and creative industrial district, and analyzes the relationship between the cultural and creative industrial district and the city's cultural, economic, social and physical space, as well as its expression in the urban spatial structure. This paper reveals the interactive relationship and mechanism between the construction of cultural and creative industrial district and the renewal of old city, and the development of new science and technology district, and studies the future trend of the evolution of cultural and creative industrial district and urban space. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the eighth chapter is the conclusion, and the second-seventh chapter is the main part of the thesis. The second chapter is a summary of relevant theories. Firstly, the definition, category and characteristics of cultural creative industry and cultural creative industrial district are summarized. The relevant theories mainly focus on urban space, cultural and creative industry spatial agglomeration and creative city. Based on the basic theory of urban spatial structure and creative city, this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and trends of spatial agglomeration of cultural and creative industries, so as to construct the overall framework of the research. The third chapter is the domestic and foreign cultural and creative industry park case study. Focus on the study of foreign cultural and creative industrial district construction practice, draw relevant inspiration, at the same time, analyze and summarize the current situation of cultural and creative industrial district development problems, as a cultural and creative industrial district research reference and reference. The fourth chapter mainly constructs the relation frame between the cultural creative industrial district and the urban spatial evolution. As the basic unit of urban space, the cultural and creative industrial district tends to be multifunctional and coordinated with urban space in order to maintain the sustainable development of both sides. This paper studies the interactive relationship and mechanism between the construction of cultural and creative industrial district and the evolution of urban spatial structure from four aspects of culture, society, economy and entity space. The fifth chapter mainly constructs the cultural creative industry district and the old city renewal relations frame. In the old city, the cultural and creative industrial district can be used as a space catalytic unit to promote the overall renewal of the old city from the aspects of cultural, economic, social and physical space. The sixth chapter mainly constructs the frame of the relationship between the cultural and creative industrial district and the development of the new area of science and technology. In the new area of science and technology, on the one hand, the space of cultural creative industry and the space of high-tech industry co-construct the urban innovation space system, on the other hand, as an effective means of cultural implantation in the new urban area. The seventh chapter is the case analysis chapter, analyzes the factors that affect the spatial layout of Beijing cultural and creative industrial district, through combing the spatial distribution characteristics of Beijing cultural and creative industrial district, discusses the cultural and creative industry district and Beijing urban spatial evolution and the old city. The relevance of the development of new science and technology areas.
