小城镇游憩绿地体系构建研究

【摘要】：近年来我国小城镇在城市化进程中无论是从规模上,还是从经济上都取得了迅猛发展。然而小城镇绿地建设却只是一味地效仿大中城市的发展模式,没有结合自身的地域性特点,从而导致城镇绿地建设理论和实践上都存在很多问题。城镇经济发展,居民生活水平不断提高,闲暇时间日益增加,为了提高城镇居民的日常生活质量,城镇绿地所承担的游憩功能就显得格外重要。由于历史的原因,小城镇城区内建设用地严重超标,绿地分布较少,所以传统的公园绿地根本无法满足城镇居民日益增长的游憩需求。本文考虑到城镇自身规模小、城区外围自然景观资源丰富并具有良好可达性的特点,再结合游憩理论的日益完善,将游憩理论与公园绿地体系相结合,提出了小城镇游憩绿地体系构建的设想,将游憩绿地的拓展到城镇外围更广阔的非建设用地,充分挖掘其他绿地承载的游憩功能。文中还深刻讨论了小城镇游憩绿地建设与小城镇旅游规划的关系,游憩与旅游本身就存在密切联系,通过游憩绿地地建设可以更好地带动区域性旅游业的发展,进而带动经济发展。论文充分学习和研究了国内外游憩绿地建设及相关规划的理论及实践经验,并认识到我国传统城市公园体系在满足城镇居民游憩需求所表现出来的局限性。通过对小城镇游憩绿地资源进行分析评价,找出其优势和劣势所在。小城镇游憩绿地建设应该更多着眼于城镇建成区外围,小城镇建成区内绿地严重不足,不能独自形成体系,故提出了小城镇游憩绿地体系建构策略和建议,即从规划区和市域两个层面对游憩绿地进行规划布局,并结合点、线、面状的游憩绿地形态构成完整的体系。文章最后将上述小城镇游憩绿地体系建构方法运用于广水市游憩绿地体系规划的实践中,然后结合广水市的绿地特征,提出了构建广水市游憩绿地体系的规划策略、总体布局和发展方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, small towns in China have made rapid development in both scale and economy in the process of urbanization. However, the green space construction of small towns only blindly emulate the development model of large and medium-sized cities, and does not combine with its own regional characteristics, which leads to many problems in the theory and practice of urban green space construction. In order to improve the quality of daily life of urban residents, the recreational function of urban green space is especially important. Because of the historical reasons, the construction land in the small town is seriously exceeded the standard, the distribution of green space is less, so the traditional park green space can not meet the increasing recreational demand of urban residents. This paper takes into account the small scale of the town itself, the rich natural landscape resources in the periphery of the urban area and its good accessibility, and combines the recreation theory with the park green space system by combining the recreation theory with the growing perfection of the recreation theory. This paper puts forward the idea of constructing the recreation green space system of small town, extends the recreation green space to the broader non-construction land outside the town, and fully excavates the recreational function of other green space. The relationship between recreational green space construction and tourism planning in small towns is also discussed. Recreation and tourism are closely related to each other, and the development of regional tourism can be better promoted by the construction of recreational green land. In turn, drive economic development. This paper studies the theory and practical experience of recreation green land construction and related planning at home and abroad, and recognizes the limitations of traditional urban park system in meeting the recreational needs of urban residents. Through the analysis and evaluation of the small town recreation green space resources, find out its advantages and disadvantages. The construction of small town recreation green space should focus more on the periphery of the urban building area, and the green space in the small town built area is seriously deficient, so it can not form the system by itself, so it puts forward the construction strategy and suggestion of the small town recreation green space system. That is to say, planning and layout of recreation green space from two aspects of planning area and city area, and the form of recreational green space which combines points, lines and surfaces forms a complete system. Finally, the paper applies the above methods to the planning of recreational green space system in Guangshui City, and then puts forward the planning strategy of constructing the recreation green space system in Guangshui City, combining with the green space characteristics of Guangshui City.
