北京地铁8号线什刹海站建筑织补研究

【摘要】:新建地铁8号线穿过北京旧城区,二期工程正在施工中。其中,什刹海地铁站在修建中站厅上方建筑全部拆除,破坏了城市肌理成,因此在重建过程中需要重新进行城市肌理的重构与修复。 因地铁建造方式的需要,地铁站处的建设一般是采用开挖式建设,而非像地铁轨道段的盾构式。这种特殊的建造方式就导致地铁在拆建过程中需要对地铁口附近的建筑拆除,使之形成城市肌理的“空白区”。这种地铁口周边“空白区”的建设就变得相对自由,但在城市肌理明显,城市风貌特色显著的北京老城区内,这种建设需要考虑重新织补城市肌理的问题,本文即是对这种“空白区”的城市织补设计进行研究。 旧城中的地铁织补,在城市肌理明显的区域,及文化和风貌特征明显的区域,采用较多的“历史型”修复织补。“历史型”修复织补指在空白的拆除区内,新建的同时完成对旧城市空间的衔接和对旧城肌理的修复。本文重点研究及解决新建地铁及周边建筑在修复城市肌理的同时,如何满足现代城市功能需求的相关问题:即如何选择织补方式和类型及其织补手法;如何解决现代大体量商业空间同旧城小尺度格局的矛盾;如何适应传统的建筑形态和现代建筑功能的冲突;如何将现代的开放空间植入传统肌理中;以及如何在匀质的旧城肌理中加强重要节点的景观和交通的设计等问题。 建筑师应该持续探索和解决在旧城新建和修复性重建的种种问题。什刹海站在新建过程中,重视面对新的功能空间塑造和传统肌理修复的问题,解决在旧城风貌修复的同时完成肌理的修复和织补。与此同时,,有效地梳理交通问题,同时将城市开放空间植入肌理,并对重要节点开创式地设计,达到对城市景观最大化地利用。这些研究对于在旧城中加建地铁站的设计,都有一定的建设性和启发性。现以北京地铁8号线什刹海站(后海站)的设计为例,来探讨旧城中地铁建筑织补的问题。
[Abstract]:The new subway line 8 passes through the old city of Beijing, and the second phase of the project is under construction. Among them, Shichahai subway station in the construction of the upper building of the station hall all demolition, destroyed the city texture, so in the reconstruction process, the reconstruction and restoration of the city texture needs to be redone. Because of the need of subway construction mode, the construction of subway station is usually based on excavation construction, rather than the shield type of subway track section. This kind of special construction way leads to the need to demolish the building near the subway entrance in the process of construction and demolition, which makes it form the "blank area" of the city texture. The construction of the "blank area" around the subway entrance becomes relatively free, but in the old urban area of Beijing, where the texture of the city is obvious and the features of the city are remarkable, the construction needs to consider the problem of re-weaving the texture of the city. This paper studies the urban darning design of this kind of blank area. In the old city, in the areas where the texture of the city is obvious, and where the culture and features are obvious, more "historical" methods are used to repair the mending. "Historic" repair and mending refers to the completion of the connection of the old urban space and the restoration of the texture of the old city in the blank demolition area. This paper focuses on the study and solution of the new subway and surrounding buildings in the restoration of urban texture, at the same time, how to meet the functional needs of modern urban problems: how to choose the way and type of darning and their methods; How to solve the contradiction between the modern large-scale commercial space and the small scale pattern of the old city, how to adapt to the conflict between the traditional architectural form and the modern architectural function, how to implant the modern open space into the traditional texture; And how to strengthen the landscape and traffic design of important nodes in homogeneous old city texture. Architects should continue to explore and solve the problems of new and restorative reconstruction in old cities. In the process of new construction, Shichahai pays attention to the problems of new functional space and traditional texture restoration, and solves the problem of repairing and mending the texture while repairing the old city style and features. At the same time, the traffic problems are combed effectively, and the urban open space is implanted into texture, and the important nodes are designed to maximize the utilization of urban landscape. These studies are constructive and enlightening for the design of subway stations in the old city. Taking the design of Shichahai Station (Houhai Station) of Beijing Metro Line 8 as an example, this paper discusses the problem of subway building darning in old city.
