【摘要】:热电联产是热能和电能联合生产的一种高效能源生产方式,是目前已经商业化,可大规模实现能源转换效率最高的技术。与热电分产相比具有很多优点:一是降低能源消耗,二是提高空气质量,三是补充电源,四是节约城市用地,五是提高供热质量,六是便于综合利用,七是改善城市形象,八是减少安全事故。热电联产由于具有许多优点,,所以世界各国都在大力发展。世界热电联产发展呈现许多趋势,把握这些趋势对谋划城市热电联产发展很有益处。 双鸭山市是黑龙江省东部城市发育带核心层城市、黑龙江省重要的区域性中心城市,黑龙江省东部煤电化基地核心区,建国后因矿设市,现为国家第三批资源转型试点城市。并致力于在2020年前建设成为黑龙江省经济发展的重要增长极和国内知名、世界上具有一定影响力的国际化、现代化边疆城市。双鸭山是全国十个特大煤矿之一,煤炭储量位居黑龙江省第一位。城市煤炭、冶金、化工、机械等重工业发达、高新技术产业迅速崛起。这里经济实力雄厚、高楼林立、商业繁荣、工业发达、教育医疗先进,是黑龙江省唯一一个兼有大煤田、大粮仓、大森林、大湿地、大农场的城市。2013年双鸭山市人均地区生产总值继续雄居黑龙江省第四位。由于近几年双鸭山市城市发展速度加快,加上矿区塌陷区、城市棚户区的治理改造,城市供热面积迅速扩大,某公司现有的2×200MW供热机组已不能满足双鸭山市的供热要求。为此,该公司拟建设2×350MW超临界供热机组,以满足双鸭山市的供热需求。 本论文总体包括五部分内容,项目概述、建厂条件、工程设想、工程项目实施条件和轮廓进度、研究结论。 第一部分项目概况。这一部分主要介绍了某热电联产工程项目的目的、意义以及项目构想。并确定了根据《火力发电厂可行性研究报告内容深度规定》(DL/T5375-2008)及国家发展计划委员会、国家经济贸易委员会和建设部联合发布的《热电联产项目可行性研究技术规定》,完成本工程可行性研究。 第二部分建厂条件。这一部分主要结合电力系统接入,热负荷分析,燃料供应,厂址情况,交通运输,水文及气象,电厂水源,贮灰渣场,厂址区域稳定与工程地质等问题综合研究分析了建厂的条件。 第三部分工程设想。这一部分主要研究讨论了全厂总体规划及厂区总平面规划,装机方案,主机技术条件,热力系统,燃烧制粉系统,电气部分,燃料运输系统,除灰渣系统,化学部分,热力控制,主厂房布置,建筑结构部分,供排水系统及冷却设施,贮灰场,消防系统,采暖通风及空调,信息系统及安全防护,并通过两套方案的对比分析,得出最优方案。值得一提的是,在这一部分里,作者创造性的利用大量篇幅对环境保护进行分析研究,通过研究分析水土保持、脱硫、脱销、废水废渣最终提出有效的解决方案,确保本工程项目成为一个环境友好型的绿色能源项目。 第四部分工程项目实施条件和轮廓进度。这一部分主要研究和确定了施工条件及施工场地规划布置,施工综合轮廓进度。 第五部分研究结论。这一部分里主要确定了项目的资金来源和融资方案,并对项目进行了财务分析,最终得出结论,某热电联产工程项目财务评价的各项指标满足电力行业基本要求,将会取得良好的经济效果和社会效果。
[Abstract]:Cogeneration is a kind of efficient energy production mode of combined production of heat and electricity. It is now commercialized and can achieve the highest efficiency of energy conversion on a large scale. Compared with thermoelectric production, it has many advantages: one is to reduce energy consumption, two is to improve air quality, three is supplementary power, four is to save urban land, five is to raise High heating quality, six is easy to make comprehensive utilization, seven is to improve the city image, eight is to reduce the safety accident. Because of the many advantages, the co generation of the world is developing vigorously. The development of the world heat and power generation presents a lot of trends, and it is very beneficial to grasp these trends to plan the development of the city thermal electricity co production.
Shuangyashan is the core city of the eastern urban development zone in Heilongjiang Province, an important regional central city in Heilongjiang Province, the core area of the coal electrification base in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, and the third batch of pilot cities for the transformation of resources in the country after the founding of the people's Republic. And it is committed to building an important growth pole to become the economic development of Heilongjiang Province before 2020. Shuangyashan is one of the ten largest coal mines in the country. The coal reserves are the first in Heilongjiang province. The coal, metallurgy, chemical, machinery and other heavy industries are developed, and the high and new technology industries are rapidly rising. Industrial developed, advanced education and medical treatment, Heilongjiang province is the only big coal field, large granary, large forest, large wetland, large farm in the city of.2013 Shuangyashan city per capita GDP continued to be fourth in Heilongjiang province. In recent years, the speed of urban development in Shuangyashan city accelerated, with the mining subsidence area, urban shanty area management. The heating area of the city is expanding rapidly. The existing 2 x 200MW heating unit in a company can't meet the heating requirements of Shuangyashan city. Therefore, the company plans to build a 2 x 350MW supercritical heating unit to meet the heating demand of the city.
This paper includes five parts: project overview, plant conditions, project assumptions, implementation conditions and outline progress of the project.
This part mainly introduces the purpose, significance and project concept of a co generation project, and determines the co thermal power Union issued jointly by the National Development Planning Commission, the National Development Planning Commission, the national economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of construction, according to the content of the feasibility study report of the thermal power plant (DL/T5375-2008). Production project feasibility study technical regulations > finish the feasibility study of this project.
The second part of the construction conditions. This part mainly combines the power system access, heat load analysis, fuel supply, site condition, transportation, hydrology and meteorology, water source of power plant, ash field, site area stability and engineering geology and other problems.
The third part of the project is to discuss the overall plan of the whole plant and the general plan of the plant and area, the installation scheme, the main engine technical conditions, the thermal system, the combustion pulverizing system, the electrical part, the fuel transportation system, the ash and slag system, the chemical part, the thermal control system, the layout of the main building, the building structure, the water supply and drainage system and the cooling. Facilities, ash yard, fire fighting system, heating and ventilation and air conditioning, information system and safety protection, and through the comparison and analysis of two sets of schemes, the optimal scheme is obtained. It is worth mentioning that in this part, the author creatively uses a lot of space to analyze and study the environmental protection, through the study and analysis of soil and water conservation, desulphurization, off sale, waste water waste. Finally, the slag proposes effective solutions to ensure that the project becomes an environment-friendly green energy project.
The fourth part of the project implementation conditions and outline progress. This part mainly studies and determines the construction conditions and construction site planning and layout, construction comprehensive outline progress.
The fifth part is the conclusion of the study. In this part, the main sources and financing schemes of the project are determined, and the financial analysis of the project is carried out. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the financial evaluation indexes of a co generation project meet the basic requirements of the power industry, and good economic and social effects will be achieved.
