蒸发冷却—机械制冷复合空调系统控制方案设计

【摘要】:蒸发冷却技术是一种高效且经济的冷却方式,主要利用水蒸发吸热冷却空气,当空气温度降低到要求时,可以作为送风对室内进行空气调节。蒸发冷却以水作为冷量的载体,能够减少温室气体和CFC(氟利昂)排放,做到零污染。同时,蒸发冷却技术利用干空气能,能够降低对电能的要求,达到节能的目的。目前,,蒸发冷却技术已在我国西北地区得到广泛应用,中湿度地区由于气候因素,在夏季需要结合机械制冷共同为系统提供冷量,它的应用范围也在逐步推广。 伴随着对建筑物智能化的提高,中央空调自动控制技术也得到了飞速发展。中央空调系统自动控制的任务是在最大节能与安全生产的条件下,自动调节机组设备,使之与实际负荷相适应,以满足生产工艺和人们在工作及生活中对舒适度的要求。 本文以西安某办公楼的干工况风机盘管+新风的半集中式空调系统作为被控对象,主要对该空调系统的自动控制方案做了分析研究。 首先,为了深入设计蒸发冷却-机械制冷复合空调系统的楼宇自动控制方案,分析了西安地区蒸发冷却-机械制冷复合空调系统的工作原理。在夏季,蒸发冷却高温冷水机组为系统提供24℃的高温冷水与空气源热泵机组为系统提供的7℃的冷冻水混合,将混合后的18℃冷水提供给显热末端,以达到室内舒适度要求;在冬季,空气源热泵机组与电加热水箱配合作为热源,将热水直接提供给新风机组和风机盘管;过渡季节使用新风机组全新风的方式为室内送风。同时,分析了该中央空调系统各季节的空气处理过程。 其次,控制方案选择江森控制系统集散型的控制方式,采用直接数字控制器设计整个中央空调的控制系统。本课题主要针对蒸发冷却高温冷水机组与蒸发冷却新风机组设计控制方案,整个方案主要涉及到温度监控、报警监控、阀门联锁控制、风机和水泵控制。使蒸发冷却-机械制冷复合空调系统达到最佳运行状态的同时做到节能、经济的目的。 最后,利用江森楼宇自动控制系统设计了蒸发冷却-机械制冷复合空调系统的监控界面。针对警报、故障消息、趋势分析等方面介绍了系统管理界面。实现对整个系统各设备的有效监控。
[Abstract]:Evaporative cooling technology is an efficient and economical cooling method. It mainly uses water evaporation to absorb heat to cool the air. When the air temperature is reduced to the requirement, it can be used as air supply to regulate indoor air. Evaporative cooling with water as a cooling carrier can reduce greenhouse gas and CFC (CFC) emissions and achieve zero pollution. At the same time, evaporative cooling technology can reduce the requirement of electric energy and achieve the purpose of energy saving by using dry air energy. At present, evaporative cooling technology has been widely used in northwest of China. Due to climatic factors, it is necessary to combine mechanical refrigeration in summer to provide cooling capacity for the system, and its application scope is gradually popularized. With the improvement of building intelligence, automatic control technology of central air-conditioning has been developed rapidly. The task of automatic control of central air conditioning system is to automatically adjust the unit equipment under the condition of maximum energy saving and safety in production so as to meet the requirements of production technology and people's comfort in work and life. In this paper, the semi-centralized air conditioning system with fan coil unit + fresh air in a certain office building in Xi'an is taken as the controlled object, and the automatic control scheme of the air conditioning system is mainly analyzed and studied.
