利用粉煤灰、煤矸石烧结节能空心砖参数优化研究

【摘要】:利用煤矸石、粉煤灰制砖,既能节省能源,减少占地,变废为宝,保护环境,又具有较高的经济价值。论文通过分析煤矸石、粉煤灰的综合利用途径及研究现状,得出煤矸石、粉煤灰制砖存在的主要问题。通过研究所在地区的自然环境、软环境及市场受欢迎程度,确定了所在地区发展循环经济型建材行业的环境条件。对主要供料源的煤矸石、粉煤灰进行取样,根据现有理论体系,分别测定钙含量、硫含量等,测定了基础原料的可塑指数等指标,对现有材料制砖的适用度给予客观评价。采用实验方法对不同配比、不同粒径、不同陈化时间、不同掺水率、不同干燥时间、不同烧结时间和温度下成砖硬度、表面光洁度、烧结损坏率等指标进行多组平行实验,得出制备新型空心砖的最优工艺参数: (1)煤矸石烧结空心砖的最佳配方组成为:煤矸石50%、粉煤灰50%。 (2)煤矸石原料的最佳颗粒级配为:小于0.05mm占33~52%;0.05~1.3mm占22~66%;1.3~2mm占小于30%;煤矸石原料最佳陈化时间为3~4天;干燥介质的温度范围110~155℃,流速1.5~4.Sm/s;干燥周期12~48小时。煤矸石烧结空心砖的最佳烧成温度为1050℃,烧成周期为47~52小时,,保温4~8小时。
[Abstract]:Making brick with coal gangue and fly ash can save energy, reduce land occupation, turn waste into treasure, protect environment, and have high economic value. Based on the analysis of the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and fly ash, the main problems in making brick with coal gangue and fly ash are obtained. Based on the natural environment, soft environment and the popularity of the market in the region, the environmental conditions for the development of circular economy building materials industry in the region are determined. The coal gangue and fly ash from the main feed sources were sampled. According to the existing theoretical system, the contents of calcium and sulfur were determined, and the plasticized index of the basic raw materials were measured, and the applicability of the existing materials for making bricks was evaluated objectively. Several parallel experiments were carried out with different ratio, particle size, aging time, water blending rate, drying time, sintered time and temperature for brick hardness, surface finish, sintering damage rate and so on, by means of the experimental method, the experiments were carried out in different proportion, different particle size, different aging time, different water blending rate, different drying time, different sintering time and temperature. The optimum technological parameters for preparing new hollow brick are as follows: (1) the optimum composition of coal gangue sintered hollow brick is as follows: coal gangue 50, fly ash 50. (2) the best gradation of coal gangue raw material is: less than 0.05mm: 33% 52%; The optimum aging time of coal gangue raw material is 3 ~ 4 days, the temperature range of drying medium is 110 ~ 155 鈩
