基于功能角度的城市公园的多义空间营造

【摘要】：建筑适应性研究领域提出的多义空间，在增强空间适应力、环境保护、加强功能间的联系、满足人性化需求等方面有重要的意义。近年来随着人们生态、环境意识的加强，城市公园的空间利用被更多地关注和重视。本文在研究了多义空间理念在建筑领域，城市规划领域的应用的基础上，借鉴建筑学中的多义空间的理念，对城市中的公园的空间进行分析，总结了基于功能角度的城市公园多义空间的营造原则，并从复合功能和动态功能两个方面入手，提出了城市公园多义空间营造理论与方法，详细探讨了城市公园多义空间的功能营造，具体内容包括：（一）基于功能角度的城市公园景观的多义空间营建，，提出两个功能层次的内涵：动态功能和复合功能；（二）分析城市公园的多义空间的功能，要重点分析功能对空间的规定性，找出为空间的功能提供多义性的因素。从物质需求方面分析，功能对空间具有大小容量、形态和质量三个方面的规定性，但这是相对于单一空间而言，同时有些功能是在一系列的空间中完成的，所以要加上空间的联系这一因素。调整这四个方面的因素可以使空间具有包容性和变化可能性，使之成为多义空间；（三）动态功能指在不同时段，同一物质空间可能承担几种不同的主要的功能，使得空间具有多义性的特征。关于城市公园多义空间的动态功能，笔者提出了中立、均质、简单体系、灵活构件、多向联系和层次结构六种主要的设计方法，同时提出空间更新方面的后工业景观、解构主义和防灾综合体作为动态功能的一部分；（四）复合功能主要表现为空间功能的集约化和复合化两个方面，城市公园多义空间复合功能的实现要从提高空间对活动的包容性和诱发性两个方面着手，同时这两个方面又体现为共享、紧凑、余裕、舒适、可达五个原则。笔者从五个原则入手，从空间自身、空间组织结构两个方面加以阐述，总结出空间集中、空间划分、节点强化、尺度增加、空间限定、质量提升、界面柔化、设施增加、空间模糊等多个设计方法；不同学科之间交叉研究已成为园林景观研究的热门课题，本文侧重从功能的角度对城市公园的空间进行分析，以多处实际存在的空间分析为实例，论述了基于功能角度的城市公园中多义空间的形成，并尝试将研究成果运用于实践项目加以验证。本文综合运用了比较分析、归纳总结、案例分析等研究方法，以实景照片、设计图纸、卫星影像、自绘分析图等为研究基本资料，找出它们之间的逻辑关系，从更高的层次认识和审视城市公园多义空间营建的科学性，提出可行的设计方法。
[Abstract]:The polysemous space proposed in the field of architectural adaptability is of great significance in enhancing the adaptability of space, protecting the environment, strengthening the relationship between functions, and meeting the needs of humanity. In recent years, with the strengthening of people's ecological and environmental consciousness, the spatial utilization of urban parks has been paid more attention and attention. Based on the study of the application of polysemous space in the field of architecture and urban planning, this paper analyzes the space of parks in the city by referring to the concept of polysemous space in architecture. This paper summarizes the construction principle of polysemous space of urban park based on function angle, and puts forward the theory and method of constructing polysemous space of city park from two aspects of compound function and dynamic function. The function construction of polysemous space of urban park is discussed in detail. The concrete contents include: (1) the polysemous space construction of urban park landscape based on function angle, and puts forward the connotation of two functional levels: dynamic function and compound function; (2) to analyze the function of polysemous space of city park, we should analyze the stipulation of function to space, and find out the factors that provide polysemy for the function of space. In terms of material requirements, function has three aspects: size, shape and quality of space, but this is relative to a single space, and some functions are done in a series of spaces. So add the spatial connection factor. Adjusting these four factors can make space inclusive and possible to change into a polysemous space; (III) dynamic function means that the same material space may have several different main functions at different times. Make space have the characteristic of polysemy. About the dynamic function of polysemous space of city park, the author puts forward six main design methods, such as neutrality, homogeneity, simple system, flexible component, multi-direction connection and hierarchical structure. At the same time, it puts forward the post-industrial landscape in the aspect of space renewal. Deconstruction and disaster prevention as a part of the dynamic function; (4) the composite function is mainly manifested in two aspects: the intensification and the compounding of the spatial function. The realization of the polysemous space compound function of city park should start from two aspects of improving the inclusiveness and inducement of the space to the activity, and at the same time, these two aspects embody the five principles of sharing, compactness, abundance, comfort and so on. The author starts with the five principles, from the space itself, the space organization structure two aspects to expound, summarizes the space centralization, the space division, the node enhancement, the scale increase, the space limit, the quality enhancement, the interface soften, the facility increase, Spatial ambiguity and other design methods; Cross-research between different disciplines has become a hot topic in landscape research. This paper focuses on the analysis of urban park space from the perspective of function. This paper discusses the formation of polysemous space in urban parks based on function angle, and tries to apply the research results to the practical projects to verify the formation of polysemous space in urban parks. In this paper, comparative analysis, induction and summary, case analysis and other research methods are synthetically used to find out the logical relationship between them, taking the real scene photos, design drawings, satellite images, self-drawing analysis charts and so on as the basic research materials. From a higher level to understand and examine the scientific nature of the construction of polysemous space in urban parks, a feasible design method is put forward.
