基于上海工业建筑遗产再利用的创意产业园建筑空间研究

【摘要】：工业建筑遗产再利用是当今世界传承城市文脉、合理利用资源的有效途径之一。随着城市产业结构的调整,作为中国近代工业发源地的上海,市中心大量工业遗产建筑被闲置或拆除。正值此时,创意产业的需求迅速增加,创意产业园作为创意产业的空间载体也应需求而迅猛发展,工业建筑遗产的低租金及开敞空间成为创意产业园及工业遗产再利用的结合点。本文在对上海工业建筑遗产全面调研的基础上,选取已授牌的具有代表性的再利用为创意产业园的工业建筑遗产为研究对象,采用现场调查、对比分析、归纳研究、空间模拟等研究方法,分五个章节对基于上海工业建筑遗产再利用的创意产业园建筑空间进行论述。第一章绪论,阐述了研究的背景、目的和意义、对象及研究方法并对国内外研究进行叙述与分析,制定了论文的框架及研究方法;第二章介绍工业遗产建筑空间特点,创意产业园建筑空间概念及发展历程,并重点阐述和分析当前工业建筑遗产再利用为创意产业园建筑空间的背景、可能性及必要性;第三章,在前文分析的基础上,阐述创意产业园的类型、分布位置及发展情况,基于再利用的创意产业园建筑空间类型及现状分析;第四章,从使用功能、内部空间、外部形式、装饰构件四个方面阐述基于再利用的创意产业园建筑空间改造方式特点。最后,在上海工业建筑遗产再利用的创意产业园实例分析的基础上,总结创意产业园建筑空间改造方式及其空间特点并就其存在的问题提出改善建议,以期为今后创意产业园的发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The reuse of industrial architectural heritage is one of the effective ways to inherit urban context and make rational use of resources in the world. With the adjustment of the urban industrial structure, as the birthplace of modern industry in China, a large number of industrial heritage buildings in the center of the city have been left idle or demolished. At this time, the demand for creative industries is increasing rapidly, and creative industry parks, as the space carriers of creative industries, have also developed rapidly in response to demand. The low rent and open space of industrial building heritage become the combination of creative industrial park and industrial heritage reuse. On the basis of the comprehensive investigation of Shanghai Industrial Architectural Heritage, this paper selects the brand representative reuse as the research object of the Industrial Architectural Heritage of the Creative Industrial Park, and adopts the field investigation, comparative analysis and inductive research. Space simulation and other research methods are divided into five chapters to discuss the architectural space of creative industrial park based on the reuse of Shanghai industrial architectural heritage. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, the object and research methods, describes and analyzes the domestic and foreign research, and formulates the framework and research methods of the thesis. Chapter two introduces the spatial characteristics of industrial heritage buildings. The concept and development course of architectural space of creative industrial park, and the background, possibility and necessity of the reuse of industrial architectural heritage as architectural space of creative industry park are expounded and analyzed. Chapter three, on the basis of the previous analysis, This paper expounds the types, distribution and development of creative industrial parks, and analyzes the types and present situation of architectural space based on reuse of creative industrial parks. Chapter IV, from the use of functions, internal space, external forms, Decorative components in four aspects based on the reuse of creative industry park architectural space transformation characteristics. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the example of Shanghai Industrial Building Heritage reuse Creative Industry Park, this paper summarizes the space transformation mode and its spatial characteristics of the Creative Industrial Park, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the existing problems. In order to provide reference for the future development of creative industry park.
