聚羧酸引气减水剂的制备与性能试验研究

【摘要】:聚羧酸减水剂具有高减水率和坍落度经时损失小等特点,是当今混凝土高性能减水剂研究中重要的研究课题。 本文采用聚乙二醇单甲醚、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟基乙酯、甲基丙烯磺酸钠等四种单体为主要原料,自由基“一步聚合法”聚合生成水溶性梳状高分子长链。采用安全环保的水相共聚体系聚合,优化了水相四元共聚反应的合成工艺条件如温度、时间、浓度、混合液滴加方式并在最佳条件下合成出一种聚羧酸减水剂。 聚羧酸减水剂能够有效提高水工混凝土的密实性,通过测试各种聚羧酸减水剂对混凝土抗渗、抗冲磨性能的影响,初步探讨聚羧酸减水剂混凝土的高抗渗、抗磨蚀机理,为用于高抗渗、抗冲磨水工混凝土的聚羧酸减水剂分子设计、单体选择等参数的选择提供参考。 将合成的聚羧酸减水剂采用消泡后再引气的方式进行复配引气成分,获得一种具有引气泡径小、数量多、分布均匀等特性的聚羧酸引气减水剂。自制聚羧酸减水剂经济效益系数为0.41-2.33,劈拉强度为1.97MPa,抗冲磨强度为3.66h/(kg/m2),略高于国内外的产品。
[Abstract]:Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the characteristics of high water reducing rate, slump loss and so on. It is an important research topic in the research of high performance concrete water reducer.
In this paper, four monomers, such as polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether, acrylic acid, hydroxy ethyl acrylate and sodium methacrylic sulfonic acid, are used as the main raw materials, the free radical "one step polymerization" is used to polymerize the water-soluble comb polymer long chain. The synthetic process conditions of the four element copolymerization of water phase are optimized by a safe and environmentally friendly copolymerization system. A polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized under optimum conditions.
Polycarboxylic water reducing agent can effectively improve the compactness of hydraulic concrete. By testing the effect of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent on the anti seepage and abrasion resistance of concrete, the high anti seepage and abrasion resistance mechanism of Polycarboxylic Water Reducer concrete are preliminarily discussed. It is the design of Polycarboxylic Water Reducer for high permeability and anti abrasion hydraulic concrete. Selection of alternative parameters provides reference.
The synthetic Polycarboxylic Water reducing agent is mixed with gas by defoaming and defoaming. A polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent with small bubble diameter, large quantity and uniform distribution is obtained. The economic efficiency coefficient of the self-made polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is 0.41-2.33, the splitting strength is 1.97MPa, the anti grinding strength is 3.66h/ (kg/m2), slightly higher. Products at home and abroad.
