基于老旧建筑改造下卫生服务空间的设计研究

【摘要】：城市中老旧建筑的更新改造不再是一个新的话题,老旧建筑由于自身独特的性质具有被改造成其它使用功能建筑的可能性,而对于老旧建筑改造中卫生服务空间的研究却很少,卫生服务空间的状况不容乐观,存在着配比不合理、不够人性化等一系列问题。随着人们生活水平的提高,卫生空间越来越成为人们关注的焦点,卫生空间改造的好坏不仅与人们切身的利益相关,更是体现着一个城市的文明程度和社会的发展。本文重点研究城市中老旧建筑改造过程中卫生服务空间的相关问题,以各种不同类型的老旧建筑改造中卫生间存在的问题为研究基础,从卫生间的现状分析、未来发展趋势、弹性化设计、改造策略等多方面进行分析研究,总结出适合老旧建筑改造的卫生间的设计方法。本文首先以老旧公共建筑改造为切入点,通过对当前老旧建筑改造中卫生服务空间存在着配比不合理、功能划分不明确、不够人性化、节约能源少等现状问题分析,提出改造中建设经济适用型的卫生服务空间,通过对具体实例的分析指出当前改造卫生服务空间的必要性。结合我国老旧建筑的实际状况对卫生服务空间进行定位,将人性化设计理念引入其中,对比分析国外改造卫生服务空间成功案例,总结了当前老旧建筑中卫生服务空间的改造模式以及弹性化设计,明确了卫生服务空间的未来发展趋势。在理论分析的基础上,通过大量的老旧建筑卫生服务空间改造的实例分析归纳,得出了在改造中的空间设计手法,从空间布局分析、适用性改造、“整体卫生间”的应用以及生态节能措施四个环节概括总结。通过对湖南大学校园内的老旧建筑卫生服务空间和武汉金融后台服务中心改造项目的实例调查研究,根据其自身的特点进行了不同程度的卫生服务空间的改造,也是将理论落实到具体的实践层面上。本文是理论分析与案例实践相结合,在系统分析和深刻的探讨基础上,得到一个具有指导意义的改造方法,使之对当代我国大量旧建筑改造和再利用事业有深远意义。
[Abstract]:The renewal and renovation of old buildings in cities is no longer a new topic. The old buildings have the possibility of being transformed into other functional buildings because of their unique nature, but there is little research on the health service space in the transformation of old buildings. The situation of health service space is not optimistic, there are a series of problems, such as unreasonable proportion and unhumanization. With the improvement of people's living standard, health space has become the focus of people's attention. The transformation of health space is not only related to people's immediate interests, but also reflects the civilization of a city and the development of society. This paper focuses on the related problems of sanitary service space in the process of renovation of old buildings in the city. Based on the problems existing in the toilet of various types of old buildings, this paper analyzes the present situation of the toilet and the future development trend. Based on the analysis of elastic design and renovation strategy, the design method of toilet suitable for old building reconstruction is summarized. In this paper, the transformation of old public buildings as a starting point, through the existing old building renovation of the existing health service space is unreasonable, function division is not clear, lack of humanization, energy saving and so on. This paper puts forward the construction of economical and applicable health service space in the transformation, and points out the necessity of reforming the health service space through the analysis of concrete examples. Combined with the actual situation of the old buildings in China, the author orientated the health service space, introduced the humanized design concept into it, and compared and analyzed the successful cases of the transformation of the health service space in foreign countries. The transformation mode and elastic design of the health service space in the old buildings are summarized, and the future development trend of the health service space is clarified. On the basis of theoretical analysis, through the analysis and induction of a large number of examples of the renovation of the health service space of the old buildings, the space design techniques in the transformation are obtained, from the space layout analysis, the adaptation transformation, The application of "whole toilet" and the summary of four links of ecological energy saving measures. Through the investigation and research on the old building health service space in the campus of Hunan University and the renovation project of Wuhan financial backstage service center, according to its own characteristics, the author has carried on the transformation of the health service space to different degrees. It is also to put the theory into practice. This paper is a combination of theoretical analysis and case practice, on the basis of systematic analysis and profound discussion, a instructive transformation method has been obtained, which has far-reaching significance for the reconstruction and reuse of a large number of old buildings in contemporary China.
