分布式水泵供热系统的工程应用

【摘要】:随着集中供暖系统在我国的不断发展,供热热网的能耗问题受到越来越多的关注。虽然近几年我国城镇集中供热系统的规模日益扩大,供热企业的管理水平也有所提高,但是总体上供热行业的能源浪费现象依然十分严重。主要原因是在于我国煤炭与电能价格制度的不合理,很多措施节能却不节钱。同时,传统的供热系统能耗计算与比较方法在理论上有很多不严密的地方,在利用节能量评估经济效果的时候,,会引起争议。本文以哈尔滨市某集中供热系统设置分布式水泵供热方案为工程背景,研究了分布式水泵供热系统节能率和零压差点之间的关系,并对系统的经济性进行了分析,指导实际工程的设计与应用。 首先,通过将传统设计方法的循环水泵输送能耗与节流阀和分布式水泵并存的管网系统、分布式水泵系统保持临界零压差状态这两种形式的水泵输送能耗进行对比分析,从而得到了分布式水泵供热系统节能率的计算方法。 其次,依据零压差点与热源循环水泵之间的压差,提出了37种分布式水泵的设置方案。分析了37种方案的节能率、分布式水泵站的数量随热源循环水泵扬程的变化曲线,对分布式水泵方案的可行性进行了定性分析,确定了分布式水泵方案的优选区域。 最后,建立了分布式水泵供热系统经济性比较的计算模型,分析了系统初投资、运行费用的构成,从而得到系统折算年费用。对优选区域内的分布式水泵方案的经济性进行了分析,计算了方案的初投资、运行费用和折算年费用,从而选择出经济较优的方案,为今后类似的改造工程积累了较多的经验。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of central heating system in China, more and more attention has been paid to the energy consumption of heat supply network. Although the scale of central heating system in China has been expanding in recent years, the management level of heating enterprises has been improved, but the energy waste of heating industry is still very serious. The main reason is that In China, the price system of coal and electric energy is unreasonable, many measures are energy-saving but not money. At the same time, the traditional heating system energy consumption calculation and comparison method has many imprecise places. It will cause controversy when using the energy saving energy to evaluate the economic effect. In this paper, a central heating system in Harbin is set up distributed water. The pump heating scheme is the project background. The relationship between the energy saving rate and the zero pressure difference between the distributed pump heating system is studied, and the economy of the system is analyzed to guide the design and application of the actual project.
First, through the comparison and analysis of the energy consumption of the two forms of water pump in the distributed pump system, the traditional design method of circulating water pump transport energy consumption and the coexistence of throttle valve and distributed water pump system, the distributed pump system maintains the critical zero pressure difference state, thus the calculation method of the energy saving rate of the distributed pump heat supply system is obtained.
Secondly, according to the difference between the zero pressure difference and the pressure difference between the circulating water pump of the heat source, 37 kinds of distributed pumps are put forward. The energy saving rate of the 37 schemes, the change curve of the quantity of the distributed pump station with the water pump head of the heat source are analyzed, the feasibility of the distributed pump scheme is qualitatively analyzed, and the distributed pump scheme is determined. The preferred area.
Finally, the calculation model of the economic comparison of the distributed pump heating system is set up, the initial investment and the composition of the operating cost are analyzed, and the annual cost of the system is calculated. The economy of the distributed pump scheme in the selected area is analyzed, and the initial investment, the operating cost and the conversion cost are calculated. The better economic scheme has accumulated more experience for similar reconstruction projects in the future.
