基于人机工程学的背负式细水雾灭火装置设计

【摘要】:随着火灾事故的日趋严重,人们对灭火防灾的关注以及环保意识的增强,推广高效、清洁的消防灭火系统显得十分必要。细水雾灭火系统作为环保高效、适用性强、灭火效果好的先进灭火技术,受到了各方面的重视,得到了较快的发展。本文以细水雾灭火系统为研究对象,从理论分析着手,进行了机械结构设计、人机工程设计,并结合试验测试开发了一款背负式细水雾灭火装置。 本文首先介绍了细水雾灭火系统的概念、优势、类型及其应用范围,结合细水雾灭火系统的研究现状及发展状况,对细水雾的生成机理、雾化方式和灭火机理进行了详细的分析,得出了背负式细水雾灭火装置的总体方案。 结合人体的解剖学、人体测量学和手动工具设计的原则,分析获得人体上肢的关节活动、应力分布及应变情况,对喷射器进行人机结构设计,以及就手的抓握姿势对手部疲劳的影响进行了初步探讨。 对人体背部、腰部受力以及使用背负装置的安全性进行深入的探讨,分别研究了脊柱、躯干尺寸以及背长尺寸与背负系统的关系,根据背负装置的设计要求,对一体式背负水箱进行人机结构设计。 最后的试验表明:该背负式细水雾灭火装置拥有良好的喷雾射程和雾化角,能够有效地扑灭A类火火灾。喷射器结构符合人机工程学,持握舒适。
[Abstract]:With the fire accident becoming more and more serious, people pay more attention to fire prevention and strengthen the consciousness of environmental protection. It is very necessary to popularize the high efficiency and clean fire fighting system. As an advanced fire extinguishing technology with high environmental protection, high applicability and good fire extinguishing effect, water mist fire extinguishing system has been paid attention to by all sides and developed rapidly. This paper takes the water mist fire extinguishing system as the research object, from the theoretical analysis, carries on the mechanical structure design, the man-machine engineering design, and unifies the test to develop a backpack water mist extinguishing device. This paper first introduces the concept, advantages, types and application scope of water mist fire extinguishing system. The atomization mode and fire extinguishing mechanism are analyzed in detail, and the overall scheme of the backpack water mist extinguishing device is obtained. Combined with the principles of human anatomy, anthropometry and manual tool design, the joint movement, stress distribution and strain of the upper limb of the human body were obtained, and the man-machine structure of the ejector was designed. The effect of grip position on hand fatigue was also discussed. The relationship between the back, waist force and the safety of carrying device is discussed. The relationship between the size of spine and trunk, the length of back and the carrying system is studied, and according to the design requirements of the device, the relationship between the size of spine and trunk, the length of back and the system is studied. Carry on the man-machine structure design to the integral type carry on the water tank. Finally, the experimental results show that the backpack water mist extinguishing device has a good spray range and atomization angle, which can effectively extinguish A fire. Ejector structure conforms to ergonomics and holds comfortable grip.
