宣城市敬亭山风景名胜区规划研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济快速发展,旅游业将持续发展并保持较高增长态势。作为宣城市旅游市场的核心景区“敬亭山风景名胜区”,经过数十年的经营发展,己经取得了很大的进步。但敬亭山景区的旅游接待量,在宣城市的旅游经济总量中所占的份额仍然很小。宣城市敬亭山风景区尚未形成一个比较成熟,具有较高经济贡献率的景区。因此,对敬亭山风景区规划设计进行研究具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文以敬亭山风景区为研究对象,通过文献查阅、案例调查、实证研究等方法,归纳总结了敬亭山风景区的当前基本情况以及开发条件,系统阐述了敬亭山风景区规划设计中的规划理论基础与规划的主要内容。论文选取了黄山风景名胜区、合肥四顶山滨湖度假区、浙江普陀山风景区三个已建成的山岳风景区实际案例进行研究分析,从项目定位、规划布局、景观建设等方面总结了每个风景区的规划特色,同时也指出了他们各自存在的一些不足,并提出了相应的建议。 通过对敬亭山风景名胜区的资源状况、客源市场、SWOT分析,综合运用旅游资源规划与开发的方法,对敬亭山风景区开发战略进行科学分析和进一步研究,探讨景区在未来发展过程中应如何把握机遇,发挥自身优势,在激烈的市场中有自己的一席之地并得以持续发展下去,并结合敬亭山实际情况,有针对地为敬亭山的提出基本的景区发展规划及其具体的规划措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, tourism will continue to develop and maintain a higher growth trend. As the core scenic spot of Xuancheng tourism market, Jingting Mountain Scenic spot has made great progress after decades of management and development. However, the tourism reception of Jingting Mountain area is still very small in the total tourism economy of Xuancheng City. Jingting Mountain Scenic spot in Xuancheng City has not yet formed a relatively mature scenic spot with high economic contribution rate. Therefore, it is very important to study the planning and design of Jingting Mountain Scenic spot. This paper takes Jingting Mountain Scenic spot as the research object, summarizes the current basic situation and development conditions of Jingting Mountain Scenic spot through literature review, case investigation, empirical research and so on. The theoretical basis and main contents of planning and design of Jingting Mountain Scenic spot are systematically expounded. The thesis selects Huangshan Scenic spot, Hefei Siding Mountain Lake Resort area and Zhejiang Putuo Mountain Scenic spot to study and analyze three completed mountain scenic spots. This paper summarizes the planning characteristics of each scenic spot in landscape construction, and points out their respective shortcomings, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. Through the SWOT analysis of the resources of Jingting Mountain Scenic spot, the SWOT analysis, and the comprehensive use of the method of tourism resource planning and development, this paper makes a scientific analysis and further study on the development strategy of Jingting Mountain Scenic spot. This paper discusses how the scenic spot should seize the opportunity, give play to its own advantages, have its own place in the fierce market and continue to develop in the process of future development, and combine with the actual situation of Jingting Mountain. For Jingting Mountain to put forward the basic scenic area development plan and specific planning measures.
