基于全面协调管理的大型工程项目信息一体化研究

【摘要】:摘要:近年来,随着国内外工程项目趋于大型化、多元化、复杂化,项目过程产生的信息量越来越多,信息管理技术对传统模式提出越来越多的要求。大型工程项目在实施过程中,各个阶段的割裂、参与主体的多元化、目标管理内容的错综复杂等方面,使得信息管理的难度在逐渐增大,因此,为了适应大型工程项目信息管理的要求,协调处理好项目实施全过程、众多参与方、目标管理等信息内容,必须建立一种新的信息管理模式,覆盖项目的整个寿命过程,将所有参与方、目标控制等信息要素考虑在内。由于全面协调管理的核心体现在管理的全面性,即管理过程、管理人员、管理内容的全面性,正好与大型工程项目信息的管理要求相吻合,因此,本文在全面协调管理的视角下,研究探讨大型工程项目的信息一体化管理。 本文首先阐述了大型工程项目的相关概述,并具体讲述了工程项目协调管理理论与信息一体化理论的相关内容。从项目的寿命周期、参与方、目标控制、信息要素四个角度,对大型工程项目信息一体化与全面协调管理进行内在联系分析。其次,构建基于全面协调管理的大型工程项目信息一体化平台,针对项目的决策、实施、运营三个阶段,进行项目信息的需求分析,之后构建信息一体化平台——信息集成中心、信息处理中心、信息数据库,并对其主要功能进行简要分析。再者,进行信息一体化平台保障机制的设计,本文主要介绍了项目的决策机制、合作机制、动力机制、支持机制。最后,以河南平正高速公路为案例,从项目的过程、参与者、目标、实施要素四个角度,对该项目实施过程中的信息进行分析,并以此构建信息一体化平台。从全面协调管理的视角,来研究大型工程项目信息一体化管理,是项目信息化管理与协调管理的理论创新,为今后的其它研究领域提供了一定的参考价值。本文有图24幅,表3个,参考文献81篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: in recent years, with the development of large-scale, diversified and complicated engineering projects at home and abroad, more and more information is produced in the project process, and the information management technology demands more and more traditional models. In the process of implementation of large-scale engineering projects, the fragmentation of each stage, the diversification of the participants, the complexity of the content of objective management, etc., make the difficulty of information management increase gradually, therefore, In order to meet the requirements of information management of large-scale engineering projects, coordinate and deal with the whole process of project implementation, many participants, objective management and other information content, it is necessary to establish a new information management model to cover the whole life process of the project. Take all participants, target control and other information elements into account. Because the core of overall coordinated management is the comprehensiveness of management, that is, the comprehensiveness of management process, management personnel and management content, it coincides with the requirements of information management for large engineering projects. In this paper, the information integration management of large engineering projects is studied from the perspective of overall coordinated management. This paper first describes the related overview of large engineering projects, and specifically describes the theory of coordinated management of engineering projects and information integration theory related to the content. From four aspects of project life cycle, participants, goal control and information elements, this paper analyzes the internal relationship between information integration and overall coordination management of large engineering projects. Secondly, the information integration platform of large-scale engineering project based on overall coordinated management is constructed, and the requirement analysis of project information is carried out according to the three stages of project decision, implementation and operation. Then the information integration platform, the information integration center, the information processing center and the information database are constructed, and its main functions are analyzed briefly. Thirdly, this paper mainly introduces the decision-making mechanism, cooperation mechanism, power mechanism and support mechanism of the information integration platform. Finally, taking Pingzheng Expressway in Henan Province as an example, this paper analyzes the information in the implementation process of the project from four angles: process, participant, goal and implementation elements, and constructs the information integration platform. From the perspective of overall coordination management, it is the theoretical innovation of project information management and coordination management to study the information integration management of large engineering projects, which provides a certain reference value for other research fields in the future. There are 24 figures, 3 tables and 81 references in this paper.
