超高层单元式玻璃幕墙工业化建构方法研究

【摘要】：当今世界,随着城市化进程的不断加快,越来越多的人涌入城市。世界各地的高层建筑如雨后春笋般崛起,这其中最引人注目的当是其中的超高层建筑,因为它们有非常鲜明的特点,处在特殊的位置,又有着鹤立鸡群的高度,因此备受关注。 超高层的形态是超高层建筑最鲜明的特征,而这一形态主要是通过幕墙来实现的。由于超高层建造的特殊性,单元式玻璃幕墙在当今超高层的外围护结构中占据了重要的位置,同时超高层的玻璃幕墙对于建筑的形态有着重要的影响。在中国,超高层建筑幕墙的设计一般是由建筑师提供方案设计意向,由专业的幕墙公司进行专业设计,这两者之间往往存在一定程度的偏差,造成这种状况的根本原因是建筑设计师与幕墙设计师在专业知识上的差异。因此研究单元式玻璃幕墙如何实现其对超高层形态的表达,对建筑师更好的进行建筑创作尤其是高层及超高层建筑的创作有着重要的意义。 本文的研究主要分两个部分,一部分是超高层的形态研究,另一部分是超高层玻璃幕墙的建构研究。第一部分主要对超高层及其发展演变历程进行了归纳总结,并通过对当前世界著名的一些超高层形态的对比研究,归纳总结超高层的形态有哪些形式,以及影响这些形态形成的影响因素。第二部分从超高层形态层面深入到超高层幕墙层面,主要分析研究了幕墙如何影响超高层形态,以及单元式玻璃幕墙在超高层幕墙建构中的表现形式与建构过程。在研究的过程中,主要通过跟踪大连中心·裕景项目,对开发商、设计院、施工单位及幕墙公司等各部门的实地调研,弄清楚超高层幕墙从形态概念诞生,到设计院的初步设计,再到幕墙公司的设计详图及加工制造图纸的各个环节之间的关系,归纳总结了其中的流程特点,以及各环节衔接间存在的问题与不足,并对这些问题提出了修改意见。文章的最后,对幕墙工业化建构的方式做了分析研究,归纳总结了其优缺点。
[Abstract]:In today's world, with the acceleration of urbanization, more and more people pour into cities. The high-rise buildings all over the world are springing up like bamboo shoots, among which the most striking is the super-tall buildings, because they have very distinct characteristics, are in a special position, but also have the height of a group of standout, so they are paid close attention to. The form of super-high-rise building is the most distinct characteristic of super-tall building, and this form is mainly realized by curtain wall. Because of the particularity of the super high-rise building, the unit glass curtain wall occupies an important position in the outer envelope structure of the super tall building, at the same time, the glass curtain wall of the super tall building has an important influence on the shape of the building. In China, the design of curtain wall of super high-rise building is usually provided by architect to design intention, and professional curtain wall company carries out professional design. There is often a certain degree of deviation between the two. The root cause of this situation is the difference in professional knowledge between architects and curtain wall designers. Therefore, it is of great significance for architects to study how the unit glass curtain wall can express the super-high-rise structure, especially for high-rise and super-high-rise buildings. The research of this paper is divided into two parts, one is the study of the shape of the super-high building, the other is the construction of the glass curtain wall. The first part mainly summarizes the super high level and its development and evolvement course, and through the contrast research of some world famous super high level forms, sums up which form of super high level form has. And the factors that influence the formation of these forms. In the second part, it analyzes how the curtain wall affects the super-high building form and how the unit glass curtain wall is used in the construction of the super high-rise curtain wall from the super high building to the super high building curtain wall level, and mainly analyzes the expression and construction process of the unit glass curtain wall in the construction of the super high building curtain wall. In the course of the research, mainly through tracking the Yujing project of Dalian Center, investigating the field investigation of various departments, such as developers, design institutes, construction units and curtain wall companies, it is clear that the super high-rise curtain wall was born from the concept of shape. To the preliminary design of the design institute, and then to the relationship between the detailed design drawings of the curtain wall company and the manufacturing drawings, the characteristics of the process and the problems and shortcomings between the links are summarized. And put forward to these questions to revise opinion. At the end of the article, the author analyzes the construction of curtain wall industrialization and summarizes its advantages and disadvantages.
