黑龙江省甘南县太平湖水库生态旅游规划及景观设计研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展,水库旅游己经成为旅游开发一支新生力量。水库旅游资源具有广泛性、季节性、得天独厚的自然特性、科普教育效益以及丰富的文化内涵等方面的特征,在水库旅游区还可以组织开展各种各样的旅游休闲活动。随着近年来水库开发的繁荣景象,人们在追求利益的同时,保护生态环境也成为非常重要的问题,传统的旅游规划已经不能适应当前时代的要求,所以我们要提出新的规划体系来适应当前时代要求,针对以上存在的问题,本文对太平湖水库进行生态旅游规划,目的打造出集生态、旅游、观光度假、休闲、疗养为一体的生态旅游度假区,带动旅游发展,促进实现旅游地经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的三赢。本文以太平湖水库为研究对象,通过资料搜集,对库区的自然环境、社会环境、人文环境、交通条件、基础设施、客源状况进行分析,主要研究以下内容: (1)运用SWOT定性分析法找出此景区在开发建设中存在的优势与不足,其中优势为:区位优势、旅游资源优势、旅游市场优势等。缺点为:经济状况不佳、大环境不佳、同地区旅游项目竞争激烈、旅游产品缺乏吸引力,发展不平衡、季节限制等。 (2)规划了太平湖水库“一核、二轴、多片区”的空间布局,构建了主要包括景观功能区划、景点规划、内外交通规划在内的水库景观生态规划体系,展开了对太平湖水库的生态旅游规划,构建了核心景观游览区、生态调蓄区、密林涵养水源区、湿地景观游览区、水上风情体验区、湖滨漫游区。其中核心景观游览区、生态调蓄区、密林涵养水源区为重点生态建设区。规划了蔷薇园、土地园、玉墅临风居住区等多个核心景观景点,打造了以莺歌燕语、玉荷岸、大地艺术为代表的景观节点。 (3)对太平湖水库进行外交通道路规划,外部交通主要以公路为主,111国道从库区西侧通过,南部建有G015国道,拉甘公路、齐查公路纵贯境内,公路四通八达。由于库区与城市主干道相邻,所以入口规划尽量控制数量。太平湖水库出入口分为2个等级,一级、二级主入口分别为两个。水库的内交通道路规划主干道连通各个景区,次干道为网状分布,三纵三横分布连通各景区主要景点,游览步道为各景点内的散步道,路宽分别为8-12米、5-8米、1.5-2米。 (4)制定太平湖水库旅游规划路线,包括区域旅游线路和景区内部旅游线路,,其中景区内部旅游线路规划有一日游、二日游等多种旅游线路,同时也推出了“乐活之旅”康体休闲游、“动感天地”户外动感游、“心灵升华”生态体验游、水上观光品味游等主题游。 (5)运用线路法和面积法计算景区日环境容量与年环境容量并预测太平湖水库的近、中、远期游客规模。计算结果表明:太平湖水库旅游风景区近期游客量为15万,中期为30万,远期为40万,游客量仅是所计算景区游客容量的24%,说明该旅游风景区的旅游开发在生态环境允许的范围内,并有较大的游客市场开发空间。 本文创新点:以水库的生态溢洪设计为创新点,在涨水期通过生态溢洪道将太平湖水泄入生态调蓄区,通过雨水的渗透排放技术,泄洪平原、人工湿地等处理方式达到短暂蓄洪;在无水期时生态溢洪道亦作为湖滨漫游道路,同时泄洪平原也可以通过密集放牧创造半开放景观。从而达到水库的生态调蓄。
[Abstract]:With the development of the social economy, the reservoir tourism has become a new force for tourism development. The reservoir tourism resources have the characteristics of extensive, seasonal, unique natural characteristics, scientific education benefits and rich cultural connotations. In the reservoir tourism area, various kinds of tourism and leisure activities can also be carried out in the reservoir tourism area. In recent years, the prosperity of reservoir development, people in the pursuit of interests, while protecting the ecological environment is also a very important problem, the traditional tourism planning has not been able to adapt to the requirements of the current times, so we should put forward a new planning system to adapt to the requirements of the current times, in view of the problems above, this paper to the Pinghu reservoir The purpose of the eco tourism planning is to create an ecological tourism resort which integrates ecological, tourism, sightseeing, leisure, leisure and convalescence to promote tourism development and promote economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits of tourism. This article is the research object of the Pinghu reservoir. Through data collection, the natural environment and society of the reservoir area Environmental, cultural environment, traffic conditions, infrastructure and source of tourists are analyzed.
(1) using the SWOT qualitative analysis method to find out the advantages and disadvantages of this scenic spot in the development and construction, among which the advantages are: location advantage, tourism resource advantage, and tourism market advantage. The disadvantages are: poor economic situation, poor environment, fierce competition in the same area, lack of attraction of tourism products, unbalanced development and seasonal restrictions.
(2) the spatial layout of the "one core, two axis and multi section" of the Tai Pinghu reservoir was planned. The reservoir landscape ecological planning system, including the landscape function zoning, the scenic spot planning and the internal and external traffic planning, was constructed. The ecological tourism planning for the Tai Pinghu reservoir was carried out, the core landscape sightseeing area, the ecological storage area, and the dense forest conservation water source were constructed. Area, wetland landscape sightseeing area, water experience area and lakeside area. The key landscape tour area, ecological storage area, and dense forest conservation water source area are the key ecological construction areas. The rose garden, the land garden, the jade villa and the residential area are planned, and the landscapes represented by the song swallow language, the jade load bank and the earth art are made. (3) outside traffic road planning for the Taiyuan Pinghu reservoir, the main external traffic is highway mainly, the 111 national road is passed through the west side of the reservoir area, the South has the G015 National Road, the La g Road, and the highway runs through the territory, the highway is all round. As the reservoir area is adjacent to the main road of the city, the entrance plan is as far as possible. The entrance of the Taiping Lake is divided into 2. The main entrance of the inner traffic road in the reservoir is two. The main road in the reservoir is connected to each scenic spot, the main road is reticulate, the three longitudinal and three vertical distribution connects the main scenic spots in each scenic spot, and the sightseeing trail is a walk in each scenic spot, the width of the road is 8-12 meters, 5-8 meters, and 1.5-2 meters, respectively.
(4) to set up the tourism planning route of the Tai Pinghu reservoir, including regional tourist routes and tourist routes, including one day tour and two day tour routes, and the recreation tour of "happy life", "moving day" outdoor dynamic tour, "spiritual sublimation" ecological experience tour. Sightseeing and other theme tours.
(5) using line method and area method to calculate the daily environmental capacity and annual environmental capacity and forecast the near, middle and long term tourist size of Tai Pinghu reservoir. The calculation results show that the tourist volume in the Tai Pinghu reservoir tourist scenic area is 150 thousand, the medium term is 300 thousand, the long term is 400 thousand, and the tourist volume is only 24% of the tourist capacity in the calculated scenic area, indicating the brigade Tourism development in scenic spots is within the scope of ecological environment, and has larger tourist market development space.
The innovation point: Taking the ecological flood design of the reservoir as the innovation point, releasing Taiping Lake water into the ecological storage area through the ecological spillway during the flood period, through the infiltration technology of the rainwater, the flood plain, the artificial wetland and so on, the ecological spillway is also used as the lakeside road in the water free period, meanwhile, Xie Hongping It can also create semi open landscape through intensive grazing, so as to achieve ecological storage of reservoirs.
