强夯法地基处理预算造价和预算定额研究

【摘要】:强夯地基处理方法因施工技术简单,工程造价低廉而被国内外广泛应用,但其预算定额尚不完善,给工程造价管理带来不便。 本文对强夯法与其它地基处理方法在工程造价方面的优势进行了分析比较,对天津市、广东省和江西省的强夯预算定额进行了分析研究,结合工程实际对江西省强夯法中低能级预算定额进行了优化、中高能级预算定额进行了测算和补充。得到如下主要结论和成果: 1、我国现行的强夯地基处理预算定额在地域上相互封闭,,在时间上较为滞后。天津市强夯法预算定额仅仅列出了2000kN.m以下能级对应的子目,广东省、江西省也仅仅列出了4000kN.m以下能级对应的子目。没有目前广泛适用的6000kN.m能级所对应的子目,更没有18000kN.m高能级强夯所对应的子目。 2、天津、广东和江西的强夯地基处理预算定额相比,广东的预算定额子目清晰,水平较高,可作为其他省市强夯法地基处理定额优化的参照。 3、对江西省1000kN.m、2000kN.m、3000kN.m、4000kN.m能级的强夯预算定额做了参考性的优化,比现有的定额消耗量小,定额水平有所提高。 4、对江西省5000kN.m、6000kN.m能级的强夯预算定额做了测算和参考性的补充。 论文研究成果对完善强夯地基处理方法,丰富强夯地基处理法的造价管理理论有一定的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:The treatment method of dynamic compaction foundation is widely used at home and abroad because of its simple construction technology and low engineering cost, but its budget quota is not perfect, which brings inconvenience to the project cost management. In this paper, the advantages of dynamic compaction method and other foundation treatment methods in engineering cost are analyzed and compared, and the budget quota of dynamic compaction in Tianjin, Guangdong Province and Jiangxi Province is analyzed and studied. Based on the engineering practice, the low and low level budget quota of dynamic compaction method in Jiangxi Province is optimized, and the medium and high level budget quota is calculated and supplemented. The main conclusions and results are as follows: 1. The current budget quota for dynamic compaction foundation treatment in China is closed to each other geographically and lags behind in time. The budget quota of the dynamic compaction method in Tianjin only lists the sub-items corresponding to the energy levels below 2000kN.m, and the corresponding subitems of the energy levels below the 4000kN.m level in Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces are listed only. There is no subhead corresponding to the 6000kN.m energy level, which is widely applicable at present, and no subhead corresponding to the 18000kN.m high-energy dynamic compaction. 2. Compared with the budget quota for dynamic consolidation foundation treatment in Tianjin, Guangdong and Jiangxi, the budget quota subitems in Guangdong are clear. The level of dynamic compaction is relatively high, which can be used as a reference for optimizing the norm of foundation treatment by dynamic compaction method in other provinces and cities. 3. The reference optimization is made for the dynamic compaction budget quota of 1000kN 路m ~ (-1) 2000kN 路m ~ (-1) energy level in Jiangxi Province, which is less than the current norm consumption. The quota level has been improved. 4. The calculation and reference of the dynamic tamping budget quota of the energy level of 5 000 kN.mr. m in Jiangxi Province have been made. The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance for perfecting the treatment method of dynamic compaction foundation and enriching the cost management theory of dynamic compaction foundation treatment method.
