过渡期的探索:规范与局部创新——总体规划专题会议综述

【摘要】：正在2013年中国城市规划年会的城市总体规划专题会议上,同济大学的赵民教授作为特邀嘉宾,重点从理论上作了关于总体规划规范性的主题报告;9位论文作者分别从自己的工作实践出发,结合案例、围绕总体规划的创新进行了精彩的专题发言。以下将从总体规划的规范和创新两个方面,对上述10个学术报告的主要观点进行总结和简要评析。
[Abstract]:Professor Zhao Min of Tongji University is a special guest at the 2013 China City Planning Annual Conference on Urban Master Planning. This paper focuses on the theme report on the standardization of the overall planning in theory. The authors of this paper, starting from their own work practices and combining with cases, have made wonderful special presentations around the innovation of the overall planning. The main points of the above 10 academic reports are summarized and briefly reviewed from the following two aspects: the normative and innovative aspects of the master plan.
