潍坊市时代新城项目建设进度控制研究

【摘要】：在项目的进度控制过程中,要注意它是一个动态的、连续的控制过程,在项目进度控制这个问题上,既要进行事前的进度控制,又要进行事中和事后的进度控制,三个方面缺一不可。建筑行业所生产出来的产品,既对功能性有要求,又对结构性有要求,所以对于建筑行业的产品来讲,它的进度要求既包括功能性的进度要求,又包括结构性的进度要求,对进度的要求比较全面,这也决定了,项目要想做好进度管理工作,就必须要团队协作,多方监督,仅靠管理着一个人的力量是远远不够的,建筑团队的创造性、凝聚力、在建筑工程进度控制方面,发挥着巨大的作用。本文以潍坊时代新城建设项目为例,来探讨进度管理理论在项目中的具体运用问题,提出合理化的建议,对同类建设项目的进度管理起到有益的借鉴作用本文主要包括六部分内容,第一部分为引言部分,主要包括项目的研究背景与意义,国内外相关研究现状,主要研究内容与框架、研究方法与技术路线、创新与不足等：第二部分为工程项目进度控制理论综述,包括工程项目进度控制概述、工程项目进度控制原理和方法以及进度控制计划相关内容。第三部分为潍坊时代新城项目简介,包括项目建设背景、概况、特点、建设方案分析等内容。第四部分为潍坊时代新城建设项目进度控制准备,主要包括工程项目工作分解结构、工程项目组织机构设置、工程项目组织机构职能安排、工程项目进度控制制度设置等内容。第五部分为潍坊时代新城建设项目进度控制过程,主要包括工程项目进度计划、工程项目进度控制方案等内容。第六部分为结论与展望部分。
[Abstract]:In the progress control process of the project, we should pay attention to the fact that it is a dynamic and continuous control process. On the issue of project schedule control, we should not only carry out the progress control in advance, but also carry out the progress control in the event and afterwards. Three aspects are indispensable. The products produced by the construction industry have both functional and structural requirements. Therefore, for the products of the construction industry, their schedule requirements include both functional and structural progress requirements. The requirements for progress are relatively comprehensive. This also determines that in order to do a good job of progress management, a project must have team cooperation and multi-party supervision. It is far from enough to rely solely on the strength of a person to manage a person. The creativity and cohesion of the construction team are far from enough. In the construction project progress control, play a huge role. This paper takes the Weifang Times New Town Construction Project as an example to discuss the specific application of schedule management theory in the project, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. This article mainly includes six parts, the first part is the introduction part, mainly includes the research background and significance of the project, the domestic and foreign related research present situation, The main research contents and framework, research methods and technical routes, innovation and deficiencies. The second part is a review of engineering project schedule control theory, including engineering project schedule control overview, Principle and method of project schedule control and related contents of schedule control plan. The third part is the brief introduction of Weifang era New Town project, including the project background, general situation, characteristics, construction program analysis and so on. The fourth part is the preparation for the progress control of the new city construction project in Weifang era, which mainly includes the work breakdown structure of the engineering project, the setting of the project organization, the function arrangement of the engineering project organization, the setting of the schedule control system of the engineering project, and so on. The fifth part is the progress control process of Weifang new town construction project, mainly including the project schedule plan, the project schedule control scheme and so on. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect part.
