建设工程总承包（EPC）模式合同管理研究

【摘要】：我国市场经济的飞速发展使得建筑行业也得到了快速的进步，但是，，我国的建筑市场发展还很不完善，存在诸多问题，重点表现在建设工程合同管理方面。 本文通过对我国建筑市场上的对于工程合同管理的现实情况作了较为细致地表述，对其相关的理论依据及其建设合同管理存在的问题及解决对策等几方面进行了分析、探讨。 本文阐述了建设工程总承包（EPC）模式的全面的合同管理理论。其中该理论包含了关于合同的策划及招标环节的管理，关于合同的控制管理及工程变更管理等内容进行了论述。 本文通过过程实例，并将案例与相关理论结合，对建设工程总承包（EPC）模式合同管理的体系建设和合同管理的具体实施进行详细分析，希望能够为进一步规范、完善建设工程总承包（EPC）模式在对于合同的管理上起到一定意义上参考的作用。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's market economy has made rapid progress in the construction industry. However, the development of China's construction market is still very imperfect, and there are many problems. The focus is on the contract management of construction engineering.
This paper makes a detailed description of the actual situation of the engineering contract management in China's construction market, and analyses the related theoretical basis and the existing problems and solutions for the construction contract management.
This paper expounds the comprehensive contract management theory of the construction project general contracting (EPC) model, which includes the planning of the contract and the management of the tendering link, the control management of the contract and the management of the engineering change.
Through an example of the process and combining the case with the relevant theories, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the construction of the contract management system and the specific implementation of the contract management in the EPC model. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for further standardization and improvement of the construction project general contracting (EPC) model in the management of the contract. Use.
